I know what you mean Dale, I really do not want to be awake yet either. Oh well since I am up I will do some pt. I may need another surgery down the line I am having some issues with my left elbow which is limiting the progress of strengthening my shoulder
Surgery is such an unpleasant thing

I was expecting this too happen anyway I knew the bicep tear near the elbow was going to cause a problem rehabbing the shoulder. I just have to be really careful not to make it worse for now.

Usual random stuff from UK, I have now lost the hills have eyes monicker, but am now some movie midget look a like... not sure how that works at six feet tall in my socks (tall socks I'll grant you).

Have already seen several Air Force jets.
They're always around the weekend of the airshow.
Saw a pair of fighter jets flying in formation this a.m. on my way to work.
Then, on my way in from lunch, one was flying over and ?? don't know what it's called besides "hauling ***", wow...so impressive!!!
