Never knew a weekend could fly so quickly ;)

I think this is the first job I've ever had that I had weekends off though :?: Maybe at the truck stop when I was in my early twenties
They always fly by for me, it's worse when you have a busy weekend and no real down time. :nah:

:) I'm glad you get to have the weekends off now. And you are right kids are a lot of work ;) thank goodness we only have one. Bwahahaha. But, I looked at the video monitor and saw his sweet angelic face sleeping away and I swear I could feel my heart just swell.

Here's the article I read about the peanut butter crackers that I've been eating a ton of

Nutrition Facts About Peanut Butter Crackers
You could make your own healthier version of P.B. & crackers.
Low sodium whole grain Ritz, or something similar, and a healthier nut butter.
Maybe try Almond, or a healthier peanut butter. Maybe try to find an organic peanut butter, with limited ingredients.
There's nothing cheap about healthy food, although some staple items, in moderation aren't as expensive, and just fine.
Raw veggies, hard boiled eggs, stuff like that.
Sara's got some great ideas I'm sure. Her trail mix idea is a great one too!!
I've haven't been following the healthy eating like I did, but I fully intend to get back to it, and have already been doing much better.

You could make your own trail mix, Dale. Omit the unhealthy sweets from it. DH makes it for kiddo, he uses unsalted nuts, raisins, craisins (not sure if those are high in sugar), sunflower seeds, and a *few* dark chocolate chips. Pack it into little reusable container that would fit into your purse/bag or a ziplock.

Safe travels Angel. Hope you're able to dodge the rain.

Bought the cookbook, Lori. Thanks for thinking of me :)
Aw you're welcome. :) Hope it's a good one. I still haven't had time to check it out.

Mine was great, got my cleaning done had a big breakfast then a long nap and after that the kids took me out for Mexican then showered me with gifts,I even got a pineapple upside down cake :D
Sounds like a WONDERFUL day!!!

Me too!! It went by way too fast. :(
    I agree! :(
My daughter says she makes the fastest upside cake in town

Having said that and knowing how fast 5:30 tomorrow will get here, I'm gonna head off to bed.

Enjoy the rest of your evening and sweet dreams lurkers
    Sweet dreams Sara.

I'm going to say goodnight as well. Sweet dreams when you all go.

Just really want to take advantage and lose some of this weight while it's easier to do ... working hard you know ;)
And I don't eat from fast food joints at work.

    Good night Lori
