That worm is telling me Not to wear white after Labor Day and to bring out my bottle of Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake juice!
But the minute I do that we will be back to 99 degree weather here in Texas!
Shorts and tank tops for Halloween!
Is that the wooly worm, or the worm in the bottle of Tequila?:lol::lol::lol:

Off to eat and get moving. I want to work on my extra room that is kind of an office, kind of a craft room.
I have three days before me, would like to get it reorganized.

Morning Dale! The weekend is finally here for you!
Morning OBG! It's a beautiful day for a bike ride! We always ride early while the weather is still nice. We have some wonderful country back roads that are perfect for riding. Just went to the Harley shop for a new pair of riding goggles last week!
Yes ma'am! :D Gonna wallow in it! ;)

I was thinking though, it's Saturday, the first of the month AND a holiday weekend ... might better wait till tomorrow to buy groceries!

    Have fun today!!

I think it's unanimous on the Kombucha.
I tried to call last night, they were experiencing an unusually HIGH volume of calls.

    Lol's!! Love it!!

Yea that you aren't having to deal with that mess!!

    :lol::lol::lol: :D :wub:

    Good morning Sara.

    Good morning Chili.
    That's great news Chili!! :)

    They're soooooo cute!!! Love that!!!

    Awwwwww how cute!!

    Sipping my first cuppa. :)
...and, I keep forgetting to mention that twice now on different outings, I'm only seeing orange wooly worms!!
    Traveling in two different directions.
Going to go Google, but I'm thinking that according to folk lore, that's a mild winter.
    Good morning Lori

It's been so long since I slept that late :)

Funny mix up you had concerning those worms

    Good morning Luvs!
    Ewwwwwwwwww, NO...never.:nun:
    I can't drink Tequila. I get a horrible headache....before I even get a buzz, so it's not a hangover thing.
Generally, if we make Margaritas at home, DH will use Vodka for mine.

Ah well, this article confirmed what I'd always thought...that they can't predict the severity of winter.
    Interesting article though. :)
Woolly Bear Caterpillar - Winter Predictor Or Not?

...but, if it *did* what I saw says snowy.

The kind with 2 worms is the best :D

    Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

Chili, loved the pup pics...they are all adorable...still praying for Mya...glad to hear there was at least some improvement.

I know there were other things I wanted to comment on, but I'm so tired I can't remember what they were now...I slept horribly last night...kept waking up in pain every hour or so...I have developed tennis elbow again, this time in my left elbow and this week it has been particularly painful and none of the regular treatments have been working for me, and of course the one treatment that works best, totally resting it, I haven't been able to do...well last night it was actually waking me up it hurt so bad...I need to sleep on my left side so I don't get the acid reflux, but sleeping on that side hurts that elbow, so it was either get acid reflux or hurt the elbow...I just couldn't win. :glare:

Been to town with DH, I've come to the conclusion I really don't care for Mexican food

The dip cone from DQ was great though!

Hope you all are having a great Saturday :thumb:

Oooh, a dip cone sounds delish!

We're going to be having his mama's meatloaf tonight...I can't wait!

I tell ya, you don't realize how much the use of your hand and wrist is tied to your elbow until everything you try to lift or do with that hand brings intense pain...some times during the day I can't even lift something as simple as my cell phone without it causing pain...the last time when it was in my right arm, it was worse because I use that hand and arm so much more...but this too shall pass...eventually. ;)
