Rest that elbow Angel! I don't know how long tennis elbow lasts but I am going on 10 months with frozen shoulder and I know about those painful nights. Hope you have a better night tonight!
And meatloaf is always great comfort food! Enjoy your dinner!

Well how long it lasts can depend on a lot of factors, and whether or not you can properly rest it as it should be...since I don't really have that option most of the time, it makes the recovery time longer...I think the last time I had it, it took me a few months to really get better.

10 months! Oh no! Is there anything you can do to alleviate that?

    Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

Chili, loved the pup pics...they are all adorable...still praying for Mya...glad to hear there was at least some improvement.

I know there were other things I wanted to comment on, but I'm so tired I can't remember what they were now...I slept horribly last night...kept waking up in pain every hour or so...I have developed tennis elbow again, this time in my left elbow and this week it has been particularly painful and none of the regular treatments have been working for me, and of course the one treatment that works best, totally resting it, I haven't been able to do...well last night it was actually waking me up it hurt so bad...I need to sleep on my left side so I don't get the acid reflux, but sleeping on that side hurts that elbow, so it was either get acid reflux or hurt the elbow...I just couldn't win. :glare:
 Bless your heart. Gosh, prayers going up for you!! :nun:
    You've been through the wringer!!

Aw, sorry to hear that Angel! Sounds awful! :(

Been to town with DH, I've come to the conclusion I really don't care for Mexican food

The dip cone from DQ was great though!

Hope you all are having a great Saturday :thumb:
Have piddled around the house, usual housework, laundry, napped, neighbor came over at 4 to have a beer with DH, he was here til just past 7...he's a talker, great guy, interesting and all that, just noting that we actually had company for a few hours. ;)
Just finished up dinner and heading to go soak. :)

Oooh, a dip cone sounds delish!

We're going to be having his mama's meatloaf tonight...I can't wait!

I tell ya, you don't realize how much the use of your hand and wrist is tied to your elbow until everything you try to lift or do with that hand brings intense pain...some times during the day I can't even lift something as simple as my cell phone without it causing pain...the last time when it was in my right arm, it was worse because I use that hand and arm so much more...but this too shall pass...eventually. ;)
I made a meatloaf last Sunday. They are sooooo good.
I sure hope you can rest that and get some relief.

Dessert ... late but what can I do?

Good morning all  Have a wonderful day today!

Angel, sending lots of healthy vibes your way. I hope your elbow feels better soon.

Chili, I'm glad things are going in the right direction for Mya! I hope they continue to get better but I'm sorry for the expensive testing. :( Loved the pics of your furbabies. Squee!!

The rain has arrived. :( I'm thinking today will be a short day which is disappointing. We are geared up with rain ponchos and umbrellas.

My favorite treat from yesterday was a raspberry wine ice cream. Super creamy custard with an appropriate hint of wine.

Kiddo did some games/rides and we saw all the things we're look for every year: butter sculpture, 9/11 memorial, cows ;) just to name a few. Today, we have to find the sand sculpture (changed buildings) and $1 baked tator. I want to try the 'Cuse (Syracuse) pizza. It has salt potatoes, bacon and lots of cheese on it. Mmm mmm
