Happy New Year, Lurkers! Been busy this weekend trying to freeze proof everything, but I know there's more to do. I did what I could. I'll still leave the water running at a slow trickle the next few nights where it's going to be in the low to mid 20's. Hope you all have a wonderful New Year and doing whatever you all are going to do today. Tomorrow, back to the grind.

OBG, my DH smokes outside, I keep telling him to go to the garage and open and smoke by the side door. Another reason I'm glad I vape! Lol's. I still freeze when Rita goes out though.

The pool is green and I didn't feel like trying to clean it at this point. I drained it down to below the water jet, then drained the pump and filter. The outside temp is reading 38, the water is 48. It'll have to do. I'll wait until a little bit warmer to do something with it.Afternoon flyby.

In reality, I just wanted to get the lighted ornaments off the tree. Figure their wiring is delicate and I want them to work next year.
I'm so not ready for this week. Then again, my jeans are a bit tight so maybe it's time to go back. Too many cookies, I guess.
