Cold/rainy/grey here as well.
I think it's in the lowish 50's, but the humidity is way up, so it feels damp and cold.

Dale, sorry you're not feeling well. Hope it passes quickly.

I've been busy as a bee today, may be heading to Michigan later this week for a long weekend.
MIL had been in the hospital this past Sunday through Tues., dehydrated, and a few other things.
She was released to a rehabilitation type facility for pt/ot, she and I laughed and call it ALL the T's.
Her tentative release date is for the 20th, and time will tell if she'll be able to go home, or will need an assisted living facility.
DH wants to go to be able to support her either way. Stay with her a day or so.
He's been there since Thursday, returning tomorrow.

Just put a meatloaf in the oven. Ready to get a shower and relax a bit.
Oh, I did squeeze in a good nap. Woke up and didn't even know what day it was!!
Then realized it was Sunday.....and Sunday-itis kicked in .

sleet turned to snow.

deck and vehicles have 2" already on them, calling for 1-3 overnight.

tues and weds supposed to get up to 60.

gonna be an interesting drive in to work in the morning.

afternoon, er almost evening...
I had an interview today, I think it went well
she's running my background so I mean that's a good sign right....
so hopefully by next week I'll be working again and at a better job, although the drive is going to kind of suck it's 20miles one way...bwahaha instead of the 1 mile that my last job was and the 3 - 5 miles the previous one was

thanks...it'd be a good job and more pay (not much but the chance of much better pay after time)
plus I'd be back to only working mon - friday and no holidays, plus holidays are paid days
i'd be a vault teller, so counting business' money and getting it ready to go to their bank for deposit
the lady asked if i had a gun permit they pay an extra $1/hr if i did I may have to look into getting one

Dale, I know you’re ready to be done with summer but geez, this cold has to go Supposed to get down to 37 tonight.

Not so good news today, kiddo had his yearly checkup. He’s healthy and for that I’m greatful. However, he must have aggravated his knee over the weekend. Back to Children’s Hospital next Monday for another consult and hopefully a MRI to see what’s causing the swelling. Doctor said no sports, no gym, no activity until further notice. He’s beyond devastated and it breaks my heart.

I’m beat. Sweet dreams lurkers

I’m so sorry to hear about kiddos trouble Sara Hope he’s going to be alright

We may go as low as 44 tonight, unheard of for us this time of year I’ll take it Got a light jacket out in case I need it in the morning.

Got my new phone and been busy playing/trying to get it set up...the good thing is that I was able to just connect the old one to the new one, and everything, pics, messages, call logs, apps all transferred over...the bad thing is just because the app transferred, I still have to go in and sign in to them to get them to work...can't remember half my passwords. ...And can't get my new phone to pair with my smart watch at all...has been very aggravating. ...But I do like the new phone so far, and will like it even better once I get it where I want it...at least it's not telling me I'm out of room anymore.

What is up with all you guys getting all this cold weather? We were still in the 80s here and will be for the next week it looks like.

Shadav, good luck on the new job...really hope you get it, sounds like it'll be good...and I agree with Dale, get the gun permit!

Lori, hope the snow holds off while you guys travel to MI, and that all goes well with getting MIL settled.

Sara, sorry about kiddo...it's so hard when they are upset and there's not really anything you can do...sending healing vibes for him and prayers that everything will be okay.
