Rain headed this way for today and tomorrow. Temps back down in the 50s to 70s
its definitely nice to be able to see outside into the back yard again. Took down my makeshift curtains.

Yes do that Joey , four hours sleep is not enough for 12 hours work. Safety first
We had several gully washers today, flipping back and forth from that to attempts at sunshine.

I made veggie fried rice and waiting for dh to finish the stir fry for dinner.

When we bought all that meat from Jack we got a Petit Jean ham. Got lots of chunks set aside for omelets and fried rice

I asked to leave early, only worked 8 hour
Got my tax refund so I paid off 3 small credit card bills, now waiting on my stimulus check

Need to figure out a way to get my rice a little crispier, more fried like consistency. I made the rice the night before and tried frying it in a pan with a little sesame oil before combining all the ingredients. Ham fried rice sounds good.
