It did seem long but I know it really wasn’t, could have been much worse.
Fresh vegetables sounds so goodWe harvested our first veggies of the season the other day. I made summer squash, zucchini, store bought grape tomatoes in the oven. Drizzled in olive oil and then added pecorino romano cheese to the last 5 min of baking. Sooo good.
Tonight’s dinner is another hodge podge of air fried foods. Garlic parm zucchini fries is one of the menu items.

Love fresh veggie season. Hoping to find some biscuits at the store tomorrow for strawberry shortcake. Also, I believe today was the first day for corn on the cob at one of our local farms. Dh is hoping to score some of that as well.

Ohh Joey, I’m sorry. I do remember how hot it would get in the factory. Uggg. Stay hydrated. This week is going to be 
we have several days in the 90s so I know you guys will be hot too.
Everything was delicious! The sausage sandwiches were amazing. I only splashed myself with grease trying to flip them, twice I’m ok. Lol First corn of the year super fresh and tasty. Strawberry shortcakes with vanilla ice cream for dessert. I was rushing so I forgot to take a picture of the sandwiches. Next time. Everyone loved them.
Can’t wait to do it all over again tomorrow. The only thing I have to make is the pasta salad and husk the rest of the corn. DH is on grill duty. Burgers/dogs for dinner.
