In your nightmares
Good morning Sara and Joey

Goodness that sausage dish sounds unhealthy
Good afternoon Dale

It is an artery clogger for sure  You can always reduce the butter and use olive oil :)

Ohhh Joey, I’m sorry.

The more butter the better

Good afternoon Sara

Thanks

Adjust the recipe to your tastes :) I never had a recipe for sausage and peppers, my grandma hardly made it. I use to get it from a food truck I use to go by when I did deliveries for a living. Man those sub’s were good but mine are better

Talked with my supervisor before my coworkers got here this morning. He apologized and said that I *am* a valuable employee. I'm just happy to hear “I’m sorry” :thumb:

Eh tell him to kiss your ....:lol:

the one recipe I saw used olive and butter and par boiled the sausage so it didn’t dry out.

The other recipe cooked the sausage, removed from pan, cooked onions and peppers for a few minutes then simmered everything together. All olive oil. And he added a sliced hot pepper.

We only have mild and hot. And I’m a little bummed I have to omit the garlic. Family doesn’t like it. Next time when it’s just us. For sure and we’ll get some sweet sausage

Hahaha I’m sure he was totally faking til he made it this morning. But he was less of an butthead the rest of the day.

    Good evening Dale
Just finished supper, steaks with baked potatoes, leftover beans and a salad:)
These particular steaks came from a lousy piece, can’t wait until they’re gone and we can start on a better cut.
Got several more of the old ones to get through

Guess I could turn the others into stew meat :?:

That sounds like a good idea. Stew meat. I had a piece of pizza. Kiddo had a friend over today to swim and play soccer. I would have probably said no way but soccer starts up next week. Practice anyway :glare: They ordered pizza for lunch.

I am not happy. But DH and I along with a lot of his soccer friends families are divided. Most feel the kids need this. Of course kiddo needs exercise and practice but I’m not thrilled. They insist it will consist of social distancing skill drills and not scrimmages or group drills.

We harvested our first veggies of the season the other day. I made summer squash, zucchini, store bought grape tomatoes in the oven. Drizzled in olive oil and then added pecorino romano cheese to the last 5 min of baking. Sooo good.

Tonight’s dinner is another hodge podge of air fried foods. Garlic parm zucchini fries is one of the menu items.
