    Good evening lurkers

Thanks, Dale. Was decent despite the frigid temps. Another round tomorrow but happy it’s Friday.

We did tortellini, garlic bread and salad. Planning on using the other half of the garlic bread tomorrow for french bread pizzas and there’s a pork roast coming up in a few days lol
    Hi Sara :)
Yeah it was cold here today. 20’s and low 30’s.

‘How are going to fix your roast? :?:

    Happy Friday, everyone

We’ve got an abundance of different marinades and bbq sauces that we need to start using, so I might just pick one and dump that over it.

Hope your back is feeling better this morning, Joey :nun:

    Currently 6
    Good morning Sara

    We went to -2

    Good evening lurkers

We made it to 12. Tomorrow starts off in the negatives.

Hope all is well, Paul :)
    Good evening Sara
We’ll still be cold but temperatures will begin rising.

Having a chicken noodle dish tonight , chicken, noodles, broccoli/cauliflower mix in cream of chicken soup. Hope it’s decent

It was pretty tasty, I’ve definitely made worse
Yeah cream of soups come in handy :thumb: Someone gave us a beef roast I plan to cook in the crockpot with cream of mushroom.

    Good morning Dale

Brrr!!! Sorry, Dale. :( 14 is too dang cold no matter where you are.

That’s funny you mentioned cream of mushroom over a roast, my co worker just told me she does that too and serves over noodles for an easy stroganoff. We were talking about what to do with beef roasts instead of boring roast with beef broth. :thumb:

Yes it makes a good gravy, we like it with mashed potatoes.
