My step dad bakes chicken breasts in cream of mushroom soup. Always loved putting that over the mashed potatoes

I’d probably use cream of celery for that.

You know how I like my mushrooms Although, coworker recommended cream of broccoli and cheddar cheese soup over chicken, add broccoli florets towards the end of cooking and serve over rice. That sounded really good too.

Hope you are having a nice, relaxing Sunday.
Pork tenderloin is in the crockpot with bbq sauce, couple shakes of smoked paprika, generous squirt of spicy brown mustard and dried onion (out of fresh) We shall see 
Normally use a rub of some kind and some broth.
Snowing here, another couple of inches on the ground. Can not wait for the “end” of Spring lol.
