Wait, aren’t these supposed to be falling from the skies of the east coast folks? I forget as I am getting older and catching up to you all ;) who is on the east coast besides Fran? Oh and that was a compliment because I feel like I’m adding 10 years at every birthday :p

Ohmygosh, it was a beautiful day today, think we might have hit the low 70s but I didn’t get a chance to catch the news. Boys were out playing some hoops. Windows were open for the fresh air. Can’t wait for real spring! And Happy St Patty’s to everyone!!

I hope your Dad gets better.

A buddy of mine used to have a female tarantula named Wally. o_O She was a big girl and very friendly. I used to stick my arm in her tank and she would crawl up and sit on my shoulder. Never got bit. She enjoyed being gently stroked along her legs and body.

She was a little smaller than this one...

Same buddy also had many really cool snakes. I loved his Boa named Frank. He also loved being handled.
:shock::shock::shock:

Thank you, it’s especially bad cause he’s 82 years old and already sick and in pain a lot.

I’m surprised the snake wouldn’t try to eat the tarantula

Sorry your dad is still waiting, something is wrong with that:(
I did not explain well. Sorry. He did just get his last years refund the first of this month (finally). Jackson Hewitt filled out his taxes wrong last year and they had to do an amended return. He had already paid what they said he owed and they said he would get it back. That is what he is waiting on. I have called but they said there is nothing they can do about it. I personally think he should go somewhere else this year for tax preparation.

I've been seeing these advertised in numerous emails I get from various gun shops across the US.
I hope my dad does not see this. He would love one just for burning his brush fires. heehee He uses diesel fuel and it has just gotten too expensive to use for fires. But he can do whatever he wants. . . he buys it. heehee

We used Jackson Hewitt one time, never again!

Ohh, Dale. :( I’m sorry about your dad. Hope he feels better soon :nun:
    Good morning Sara
He is getting better Sara. I’m amazed he’s still alive though, he’s a lot tougher than he thinks.

It looks like a beautiful day around here and a Friday too. I wish I had something exciting planned. Does anyone have exciting plans?
    Good afternoon Rat2
    Like Fran said, no
Then again it’s not a beautiful day here, cloudy, almost cold and windy. Don’t think the guys camping are having much fun yet

It got warm enough to sit outside a couple times today. I guess you could call that exciting cause it could be a long time before we’re that warm again.
Hopefully sooner than you think :)

Well, my beautiful day turned cloudy but is 73 degrees. Overdid my walking yesterday so I just took a short one today.

I have not camped in years but I used to find it pretty relaxing. I hope they are at least dry.
Yeah me too but they are further up north so probably not

Work is definitely not exciting ;) Plans for the weekend include normal cleaning, laundry and working on spare bedroom. Need to get kiddo’s gaming table set up  So nothing exciting for me lol

Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 60s but rain and then back to the cool temps.

Do you have the house to yourself this weekend, Dale? Did I miss that?

Hope you all have a lovely evening :)
