Good evening lurkers

Glad you’re getting the rain, Dale.

ohhhh Rat2 :( I hope everything is ok with your dad. An open line of communication is very important for our older family. Spaghetti works

We had frozen raviolis. Soccer practice tonight. First game is tomorrow.

Fran, we are having similar weather. It’s been gorgeous all week. I like it! Enjoy it while it lasts. Lol

Good afternoon, lurkers :) Enjoying another day in the 70’s.
    Hi Fran
Nice weather you have there :thumb: It’s been cloudy and terribly muggy here today.

Both of dad's doctors were out of the office today (of course, I expected no less) but his nurse finally called me back. She is going to ask another doctor and call me again. He may not be sleeping well at night but he is snoozing in his chair pretty soundly.

Not sure what I want to fix for supper. That is usually when I fix spaghetti. View attachment 975249 heehee
    Of course they were

I was right. I had spaghetti and it was good. Dad said he was not hungry but he ate pretty decently.

The nurse finally called back and they put him back on Lasik daily instead of every other day. That is what I figured. I made it clear that I wanted a 90-day supply and she said no problem. I get a text message 5 minutes later and she called in 30 days. So I called her back and she was apologetic and called it in again the correct amount. All this rigamarole just so dad will pee.

Hope everyone had a nice night.

Sure they can but it’s going to cost me!
My main hearing aid is old and over heating and shutting down so I need new ones.
Yes, there’s always the cost. I’m really hoping they work better for you though.

Good afternoon Sara, Dale, Fran and Lurkers

    Ouch!!
    Hi Joey
Ouch indeed! If I go through with this the cost for one aid will be 4 times what I’ve paid before
I highly doubt they will make enough difference for me to buy them , at least not both. The left I have to do something for.

    Good evening lurkers

Yikes, Dale :( I hope the cost wasn’t too bad.

Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday. I am whooped. Heading out for kiddo’s soccer game.

Hope you all have a good evening.
    Anywhere between 3600.00 or 5600.00 o_O

Ugh it’s morning again, I’m not ready to be up.

Omgosh, I had no idea they were so much. Bless your heart. Does insurance help? They should but I have no idea.

‘It’s very rare for insurance to cover hearing aids, when DH worked for UPS theirs did. I don’t have any insurance though so it’s a moot point.
