Good evening lurkers

Hope your weather stayed that nice all day, Dale. :thumb:

Went to dinner with some co workers. We ate on the patio and it was really nice. I had a burrito with guacamole and pico de gallo on the side, soooo good :D

Hopefully it’s quiet in here because everyone was having a great day!!

Hope everything is okay with Rat2

Me too, it’s been a couple days?

Thank you. It is nice to be noticed. Dad is doing much, much better (thank goodness) but I had a little episode with my back. I have a herniated disk and I started having spasms. When that happens I lay flat and take it real easy. I have gone past this point before and ended up in the hospital because I could not walk and it is very scary. With dad, I cannot afford to be out of commission. There is no one to take care of him or me really. I have warned dad that he is no longer allowed to take two falls in one day.

I am going to try to take a very short walk today. It is sad that walking is so important to me but it is my only outlet to relieve stress and just cope better. I can tell such a difference missing a couple of days. But I will go slower and stop if I feel anything weird. (weird for me anyway). heehee

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.

We missed you but I’m glad you were taking care of yourself, sorry you’ve been in pain :(

There you are!! Glad you are feeling decent enough to walk a little. I’m sorry about your back and that you are the sole caregiver.

Folks are gone and now it’s time to relax :D and vape on!!!! Shhh!! I’m a closet vaper around dh’s family.
‘Glad you had a nice day for it Sara

It was a breakfast supper for us and I rather enjoyed it. Of course, the country ham tends to make me a little thirsty but so good.

Took a short walk and I hope it was enough to help. Wanted to walk longer but smart enough to go slow while getting back into it. So far so good. It was still in the 80's but there was a nice little breeze and what can I say? The book was good.

Just a normal love story today. No vampires, fae, or wolves. Just plain o'l romance with the best friend's sister. I like those because they always have happily ever afters. I am a dreamer.

Sleep well all and talk to you tomorrow.
