Good afternoon, lurkers  After a break of several years, I have started reading again. When I finished all the real books, I download a few kindle books.
    Good afternoon Fran
    What genre do you like?
I’ve done some laundry, paid some bills and started gathering information for social security benefits ... going to be a pain in the .... that.

    lols what’s wrong with b.u.t.t.? o_O

I have no idea what’s wrong with that word. Stupid to ban it in my book.
I download Kindle books to my iPad.
Goodness,I can’t think of half the stuff I like. I do like books by Stephen King and Dean Koontz. Also like Janet Evanovich, Tammy Hoag, Michael Palmer etc etc. Also Catherine Coulter, Harlan Coben, Patricia Cornwell, Nora Roberts, John Grisham, Mary Higgins Clark .

    Good evening lurkers

Steven King is a good one, Fran :thumb:

Every so often I forget about the banned words until I look back and am like, geez, I don’t remember typing those dots lol

Today just reinforced why I want to retire  I can’t imagine 13 more years there.

Hot dogs, grilled veggies from our garden and fresh corn on the cob from our fave farm for dinner.

My daughter gave all her books away over the years except for Stephan King. She has every one of his books except for the last 5-6 years. She does have 1 or 2 I haven’t read yet.

    Good evening Dale

so-so. Lolol. Dh discovered a nail in my tire last night when he went to get gas. He filled with air and all was fine until I was a couple minutes from home this morning. Met him at our repair shop and he took me on to work. They fixed my tire but thought I was getting the car inspected as well, realized I wasn’t *after* they scraped the sticker off my windshield. So I got a free inspection for the upcoming year. The rest of the day went pretty smoothly. :)

Cheeseburgers, finished the corn, cold pasta salad and green beans from our garden for dinner. I am whooped.

Hope it was a good one for everyone!

Probably work - one more reason to retire

Hope you had a good day, Dale. Mine was busy but it’s over. Eating some pasta salad before kiddo’s last soccer game for his travel team.
Good evening Sara. My day was okay, nothing exciting.
Gosh it’s too hot for outdoor games

    Good evening lurkers:wub:

Thank you, Dale. Tonight they went to the football stadium for the Bill’s first practice. Tomorrow they head to Cleveland for a MLB game. Definitely looking forward to some quiet time :)
    Hi Sara
Enjoy your quiet time, guess I better think about starting supper. Probably just a rotisserie chicken and a salad.
