Have a blast Rat2! I’d love to join you but wouldn’t want to be the third wheel
Oh yes, you would be welcomed. I want a 4th and 5th wheel too! Can't forget Sara and Joey. Then we could all go eat and have the best time ever!

I am so glad I spent Christmas at Terry's sister's instead of his daughter's like I did Thanksgiving. His daughter, ex-wife, and husband-in-law (that's how Terry introduced him to me) all got Covid. His ex is still in the hospital. She was such a nice lady and was very nice to me. I had only seen her at funerals and never really spoke with her. She is finally improving thank goodness. His daughter had only sniffles. Terry went and got his 3rd or 4th booster last weekend. I think the latest outbreak might have made him git-r-done. I truly hope I do not get it but I'm not going to worry about it or become paranoid. I am actually fond of being six feet away from people.

But not all people.

Off to get dressed. I think I am going to try to get a walk before Terry picks me up at 10:30. My get-up-and-go is in overdrive. heehee

Yuck. I’m not liking how the reactions to posts are displaying on the screen. At least on my phone.

Terrific Tuesday is over, thank goodness. ;) Dh reminded me we have a 3 day weekend coming up.

I would love to be any wheel and hang with you all in person. :) I’m so glad you avoided covid, Rat2. Good news that the ex is improving. My days of fear are over too. The only place I wear a mask is at work, but at this point it’s just to hide my facial expressions. I would never win at poker, that’s for sure  Hope you had a nice day with Terry and target practice.

Good morning! (I'm being optimistic)

Well, it is way too early for "change" for me. I sit down with my coffee and the first thing I want to like, those big icons come across my laptop. Me no likey! But hey, they didn't ask me. If they had, I would have told them I only like their "wub" icon. heehee

I was just too darn tired to get on last night. Tired in a good way. I had a full day of it and it was wonderful.

I did make it to the gym when it opened and only walked on the treadmill. Got my 3 miles over for the day. Terry picked me up at 10:30 and we did go shooting. Personally, I would have shot a little bit more. I had two more boxes of ammo. Terry got hungry. I do not usually eat breakfast or lunch but the man tempted me with fried shrimp. What was I to do? Of course, I had shrimp for lunch and it was delicious.

Came home with a full tummy and Terry cleaned my gun for me. No sooner than he had pulled out of the driveway, I grabbed my bag and went walking with my other friend for another 3 miles but this was in the beautiful sunshine so it was awesome.

After that, I attempted to donate again. And once again I was deferred for giving doubles. I am not sure if taking the iron supplement helped or not because they turned me down because I did not weigh enough. Well, that is the first time in 62 years that I have heard that one. Sheesh! Can you believe that? I have donated doubles since July of 2007 (yes, I have a list). I guess I am going to have to go back to single donations because I am not going to gain 10 lbs (on purpose anyway).

Then, even though I had seen my aunt Sunday, I stopped at her house for another visit and you could tell she loved it. I know she gets lonely. I don't think she should with two daughters that live in town but. . . it is what it is. Anyway, it made me feel good to make someone happy.

Because I ate lunch, the plan was to skip supper. My stomach was in disagreement. I was not going to go to bed hungry so I had a boiled egg and oyster crackers. I've been so busy that I ran out of salad mix. That rarely ever happens.
I am not sure what is on my little pea-sized brain that is keeping me up at night. I just knew after a full day of running around that I would sleep like a baby. Nope. I may get some Melatonin or Valarian Root and try those again. They did not work for me years ago but I am seeing changes in myself at a rather rapid rate if you know what I mean. Would not hurt to try something again.

Just one more thing. I put my new contacts in and packed my readers in my pocketbook just like I always do. Not once did I have to get them out. I read my book on the treadmill, I read the menu at the restaurant and of course, I looked at my phone off and on all day long. The new multi-focal contacts are amazing. I also wore them for 13 hours and not once did I have to take out the little bottle of refresh drops I carry in my bra. My eyes did not get dry. Isn't that wonderful? I go back to him next Tuesday for a recheck before he gives me my prescription for them but I am going to have to ask him what the heck I'm going to do with my drawer of readers. Not only does my cell phone case have to match my outfit but. . . so do my readers.

My fluffiness has always fluctuated so I know what you mean. I've always had an assortment of sizes so when I am able to donate 2 pints at a time again, I will not have anything to wear since I donated it all. That's okay. Maybe that will give me the incentive to keep going to the gym. That is where I am headed now. It was sort of fun creating a new wardrobe so I imagine me and that Freedom House Thrift Store can do it again!

LOL. I mentioned this the other day in the new site updates thread. The updated emoji's are not being dynamically sized properly. Hopefully they'll get them squared away.

    Good afternoon EveryOne

So far today 3 regular user accounts were hacked into and used to post spam.

My advice...... change your ECF password.

That’s what I’m using, not really into all the effort anymore. Don’t know about yours but this thing I got seemed terribly expensive
