What I remember flavors can last 2-4 years if kept in a dark area. Nicotine will degrade over time if left at room temperature, if kept in a freezer it will last a very long time.Good you deserve your time off

So ... my flavors are probably dust then too. Oh well . They‘re definitely in a dark place and always have been but it’s been too long since I bought them.
My nicotine is in the deep freezer in glass ... liquids with nicotine were in all sort of bottles and disposed of today. I haven’t touched the flavorings yet. Got tired of messing with it

Movie night with hot dogs and deviled eggs sounds perfect, Rat2 I went back to eating my healthier breakfasts which include a hard boiled egg and started putting mustard on it instead of salt. Partial deviled egg lol
I spent so much on vape stuff back before everything went south too. I look at the pile of totes and am overwhelmed. Sorry about your flavorings, Dale. Yes, the nic degrades over time, to what degree, I dunno. Maybe that's part of the reason I can't seem to go lower, I'm still between "12 and 18mg." Mine is in amber glass bottles in the freezer.

My nic bottles are amber too. I haven’t gotten any new out yet because I’ll have to empty the deep freezer to get to it

Remember Christmas my internet was down for 2 1/2 days? Well, it was down again today. It just came back on. Did not bother me too much because I wasn't home today. It was a busy day.
The peeper's check went well and I ended up buying a year's supply of contacts. They gave me to rebates to send in. One is for $100 and the other one is for $65. I just love it when that happens. So the new contacts that I dearly love only cost $215 for the whole year. YAY! He said that my eyes had changed enough that he would recommend getting new glasses at some point. That will be more than my contacts because I have bifocals.
I asked him what I was supposed to do with the readers now that he made it so I did not need them. He laughed when I showed him the picture. I would go to the doctor when I needed to if all doctors were like him. Not this year though since I do not have insurance. heehee
It is really good to start with protein. I think it helps with weight loss. I wish I could eat breakfast but if I do, I am starving to death the whole day. I have been that way for as long as I can remember. I just put pepper on mine but I know mustard would be good too.
I never add salt to anything except my pintos. They have to have it.

Dale, I have not mixed any recipes in many years. I just do my unflavored with menthol that I make with Everclear. It was fun for a while but then it got to be a chore. I gave away a bunch of my flavorings but knowing me, I would still try to use what I have. I'd do a small tester batch. I hate throwing anything away. Other than an ex-husband. That was easy.
Lols I have no intention of disposing of my nicotine, I meant to get out some to make up a vape.

How do you make menthol with Everclear and what is Everclear? I’ve seen the word many times here but never asked, I thought it was something used to clean equipment with.

I went to sleep really fast last night. Guess I was tired but I have been up since 4. Looking on the bright side, I have done a load of wash and played hide and seek with my tooter. I got dressed for the gym as soon as I got up this morning and left it in the pocket of my robe. Sheesh!
My gosh, I had a weird day/night yesterday. Jimmy and Terry both called me last night. Derek texted me. A friend from WVa got in touch with me and two men talked to me in the grocery store yesterday.
It's weird one man I just saw in WallyWorld last week. He kidded me about smelling all the laundry bottles. We ended up talking for a little while. Guess we both like to shop frugally.
Then a man asked me what kind of perfume I was wearing because I smelled good. Does that mean someone is flirting with me or do I need to cut back on the smell goods? I am just not sure.
I might have been wearing a bit much because the woman who had me read the chart at the doctor's office also said I smelled fantastic. I really do get complimented a bunch about it. I have worn White Diamonds I think since it came out. Mom and I were at the mall and they were giving away free samples. Mom knew the woman behind the counter so she gave us several. I fell in love with it. OMgosh, I just googled it and White Diamonds came out in 1991. I have smelled like this for 32 years. Maybe I should sniff more than laundry detergent and see if I can find another scent that is me.
At Lidl's last night, I did something I have never done at the grocery store. I bought two potted plants. One African Violet and mystery plant. It had just a tiny bit of pink popping out so of course, it was for me.
The plant is bulbs so I think it might be those that smell so good. I'll Google Lens it and it will tell me what kind of plant. I use that app a bunch.

I make unflavored 24 mg nic juice. Everclear is a pure grain alcohol that you get at the ABC store. You mix 50/50 menthol crystals and Everclear in a bottle. Then I just add 10 drops to the bottle I refill my tooters with. It is quite potent. Easy peasy though.
I watched a YouTube video on it and have vaped it for I think 8 or 9 years now. I smoked menthol so maybe that is why I like it. I used to also add Koolada to my mix. I can't remember why I stopped.
I still have an hour and 45 min. before the gym opens. Boy time goes slow early in the day if you are waiting for something. I want to get my workout done so I can get home because those deviled eggs are not going to make themselves.
Terry told me not to go to so much trouble for him. But then he said he sure did like the ones I fixed down at the coast. Flattery gets you pretty far with this o'l girl. I really think I like doing stuff for him because he appreciates it.
FYI - I used Google Lens and it told me it was what I thought it was. Yep, Hyacinth. They smell so good. I have murdered African Violets before but I read up on them last night and I am going to try to keep this one for a little while anyway. They can live up to 50 years. I don't have to worry about passing them down. I'm pretty sure it is on death row right now.
