Good evening y’all, I finally got permission to see my dad! He’s been in the hospital the last few days due to dehydration and his potassium bottomed out . He looks so bad , it’s sad. :(
Sorry to hear that, dale. :( I hope he gets better.

    Good evening lurkers

That’s wonderful news, Dale. How is he feeling?

Rat2, I’m sorry for all that you’re still taking care of. Stressful for sure. Especially when the electronics don’t cooperate. Fingers crossed you were able to get the printer working.

Work hasn’t slowed one bit but I have and so far I feel good about it. Not being lazy, just changed the way I do things. We had naan flatbread pizza for dinner with a salad. I walked both this morning and after dinner to get all my steps in. Two days in a row

Hope the day was good to everyone. Sweet dreams

    Hi Sara
    He’s feeling pretty rough.
We had philly cheese steak sandwiches, first one I’ve ever eaten. It was okay.

    Have a good night

Yesterday was another busy day. I did not even make it to the gym. I got my steps in walking at home though. It was a pretty day.

I had to order some more certified copies of Dad's Death Certificate. Luckily the cremation place can get them for me and I do not have to drive downtown. They should be in next week. I did not know how many I would need. Oh well, they will be in next week.

My cousin gave me her brand new, still-in-the-box printer yesterday. I don't know how people buy something and never use it. Sheesh! She loves McDonald's Caramel Frappa somethings so I went by there and took her one. Of course, when I saw they had Mocha Frappa somethings, I could not resist so I got one too. Pretty good I must say.

I guess the thyroid meds are doing something. Definitely increasing my metabolism. Since I started them, I have dropped 7 lbs without trying to. I worked hard for the first 60 lbs and let me tell you, this was a lot easier.

Cindy, my girlfriend is going to come over around lunch today and take a look at my printer. I have tried everything I know (which is not much). I think it has something to do with my new internet at AT&T. The printer and the router are sitting a couple of feet away and I am only getting a medium signal. I would think I should get a strong but I am not sure. Hopefully, I will get it working soon because that attorney sent me 9 PDFs I had to print and do something with. Sheesh! It sure is less difficult to be born than to pass away.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning Sara, Rat2, Dale and lurkers

Good morning Sara and Rat2

Hope you both have a day that just gets better and better ;)

Speaking of getting better, wonder how Joey is doing with pt?
Doing ok with it so far, not a lot of pain after I leave there. Trying to get my muscles to stretch out to get my full range of motion back. Probably going to be a couple of weeks since it has been a couple of years since I had full range of motion.

Glad they released your dad, hopefully he is doing better and stay hydrated

    Good evening lurkers

Rat2, congrats on the 7 down. Yeah, I don’t like to leave my bed in the morning and when I get home, all I want to do it sit/put my feet up. But I have been telling myself to walk for 5 songs and before you know it, it’s done. I feel you on the internet/connections. Ours is horrible.

Awwwww would you look at that. We miss ya, OBG!! Hope all is well!

Joey, that’s great news!! So glad there’s little to no pain.

Dale, that’s wonderful as well that he’s talking. Sending lots of positive vibes your way.

Dh made stuffed peppers for dinner. Love not having to cook. Hope everyone had a great day!!
