Ken texted me once this morning to say he was thinking about me and called me 3 times today. I don't mind and it is not like Dan. He is only talking 5 minutes per call. I can handle that.
He asked me if I would come over tomorrow night because he needs someone to help him bleed the brakes on his truck. I cannot tell you how many times I have helped my dad or ex do just that thing.
He also said he would take me to the Moose Lodge if I wanted to. Of course, I do. I really like that place. He said sometimes on Friday nights they have a band. That would be awesome.
I am just as excited about Fri-YAY as Sara. heehee I don't remember looking forward to seeing Dan this much. And definitely not Jay or Jimmy. That is nice but it could change quickly if he turns moody or yells at me.
It is sad but I admit that I don't know what I want but I am also quite sure of what I do NOT want. I am new to this. I will figure it out one day. . . just not TODAY.

I am still looking forward to it but he just text me and said he was going to have to work tomorrow. Grrrr I am glad he is hard working but selfishly I want more time to have fun. I did not want him to feel bad so I text back that it was okay and he would just have to go to bed early.
All my white T-shirts are way too big. I need one to go with the bibs I bought yesterday so I guess I will go shopping again today. I am really not a huge shopper. I think the internet has spoiled me. I prefer to shop from my recliner.

The pain patch seemed to work better than the Tylenol. Not pain free but I didn’t cringe as much
Thankfully we had quite a variety of things in the refrigerator leftover so it was a helpy-selfy night here

So glad the patch took the edge off at least. Tylenol has never worked for me at all for some reason. I have Flexeril that helps some but I only take that as a last resort. Anyway, I hope it continues to work for you.
Ken got off at 5:30 and called me. He said he was going to work on his brakes (I knew that) but he sounded tired so I gave him the option of waiting until tomorrow to see each other. He said it might be best. It was. He worked on it until dark. I was disappointed but understood so I went out and did the trim work, edging, and weed-eating. I will be ready to do the riding part before I leave for TN. Worked out well.

Well I woke up at 1:30, laid back down at 3 and tossed and turned but couldn’t get comfortable due to soreness and or itching I’ve given up but sure am grumpy
It’s not going to be pleasant weather here either Sara.

Sorry you didn’t sleep well, Dale Maybe you can get a nap in. Laundry is done, bathroom is clean, water bottles washed and I’m halfway through mopping the down stairs. Trying to figure out what I want for lunch. Need to get a walk in but maybe I’ll do that later.
Also have to put up our extra veggies. Surprised we have any at all. The gardens didn’t do very well. Too much rain and smoke, I guess. No biggie.

When I left Ken's, I offered to fix him supper. I am not sure why I am doing that. I guess I sort of miss cooking a little bit. He said he did not want me to go to that much trouble and he wanted to "wine and dine" me. Let's see what that feels like. heehee
