Went to Denny's for a late breakfast. It was really more like lunch but it was good. You cannot beat 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, and 2 pancakes for $7.99.

My outdoor motion light was not working so we went to Lowes and got a new one. I had tried to get Dad to replace it but of course, he would not. I am not sure it will help but I think it is a good idea. We need to adjust the sensor tomorrow so it goes down the driveway more instead of the front yard.

Tuna fish for supper here. Not bad. I did not want a big meal and neither did Ken. It was nice to have sandwiches. That was never okay with Dad so it is nice that Ken does not mind them. It is an easy supper.

We finished Yellowstone and started 1883. I have seen it but Ken has not. I did like it though. I have not seen 1923. I guess we will watch that next.

It sure does not feel like a Saturday to me. I am not sure what day it feels like though. Now that I think about it, it's supposed to be a date night and I am sitting at home in my jammies and he is lying on the couch watching tv. I think it was more exciting before Ken became a roomie.

It was definitely more exciting before he broke 3 ribs.

    Good morning Dale

Yum!! Thanks for breakfast and quotes :)

Prepped my lunches for the week and threw a load of towels in. Perfect day for movies, cold and windy.
Hi, Sara. You made me look outside and yup it's cold and windy here also.

FREEZE warning in effect here for tonight in the MichigIndiana area. Then up to 76 on Tuesday.

Can't help but notice that I haven't seen a couple of the old regulars since I've been back on ECF. Joey, Lori, maybe someone else too but they are the two that come to mind.

    Good evening lurkers. :)
Had to follow DH to town to leave the Marquis at the shop. Looking like I might be car less this weekend and naturally I had plans to see Elaine this weekend for her birthday . DH is going camping so he’ll have my Buick.
‘Just finished supper, was Tyson’s chicken nuggets and green beans, I’m hurting so he was lucky to get that .

Good evening Dale and Fran

Ohhh Dale, sorry you are hurting and that you are down to one car :( Hoping it’s fixed early and you get your car back. :nun:

Dh is out of town til tomorrow night. Kiddo and I had chicken quesadillas. Easy to make and easy cleanup. Today was busy and I’m tired. Lol! Might make brownie in a mug topped with mint chip ice cream for dessert.

    Good morning lurkers

Super easy, Dale. Preheat oven to 450, add a thin layer of cheese to the bottom tortilla, add shredded chicken and top with another thin layer of cheese, bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Place another tortilla on top and bake a few more minutes. I had been making them one at a time stovetop until kiddo brought this method home from school. Genius, I can make 3 at a time and we can all eat together in about 10 minutes. Although last night it was just the two of us.

I absolutely did make the brownie in a mug. 3 tablespoons of your favorite boxed mix, 2 tablespoons of water, mix and 60 seconds in the microwave. Boom, single serve brownie

Hope you’re doing ok, Joey ;)

Lucy woke me at 3:30 to go potty. Ugh, I think she does it on purpose as I let her out twice before we went to bed. Now I’m wide awake. Have a great day everyone!!
