I did, supposedly slept for 10 hours. Feeling worse than yesterday. Headache and joint aches. Took some Advil dual action and it helped for a bit, but I can feel the headache coming back. Cleaned up the kitchen, reloaded dishwasher and broke down cardboard for recycling. Now I'm in bed with a movie on. Thinking about taking a nap.
