Brrr It is cold here too and we are expecting snow tomorrow. I have milk, bread, and eggs. I am going to Perry's so I hope he has them too.

A tree fell nearby and I was out of internet for most of the day. It did not really bother me though until it got dark. I saved all the oil lamps mom had so I had light. Perry came and took me to get ribs and it was back on by the time I got back home.

I have been working on getting stuff out of this house. I have dad's truck full of stuff to go to the church and thrift store. Ken's truck is full of garbage for me to get rid of. I was lucky Perry got rid of my broken washer so I am hoping he will help me with this. I am sure he will. I'll ask really nicely

. I have insurance on Ken's truck but I am still waiting for his daughter to get me the paperwork so I can put it in my name or sell it. It has been long enough but she has been busy. She had a tummy tuck and boob lift. Sheesh! Last time I text her she said she was going to the court house this Thursday because it was the first day she has had off. I am being as patient as I can but it is getting rather old. Oh well, that's my life.

Hope everyone stays warm. I am not used to snow so this is going to be something for me. I've never driven in it either so I think I will go to Perry's.

Hugs to all!

    Good afternoon everyone.
    :)
    Hi Rat2.

We’ve got sleet so far although the weather people say it’s snowing somewhere in Hot Springs. Apparently I was dressed perfectly for work today as I was plenty warm, two long sleeve shirts and sweat pants, extra thick socks and toe warmers kept my feet warm. Oh and a knitted cap of course.

DH was home most of the day so he made spaghetti for supper, I’m grateful.

    Good evening lurkers

Yeesh, Dale. Too cold for me. Glad hubby made you dinner. We had spaghetti yesterday. No, I was home and still sick but I hadn’t called off, office was closed for President’s Day.

Went back today and it completely wiped me out and then…..I got stuck in the driveway. I was backing in AND had it in awd. I’m ready to move south. I’m so over the craptastic weather. When I say south I mean somewhere tropical  I know, I know that will happen around the same time as MY tummy tuck and tata lift. Lmao! The three of us did manage to dig out. 48 years old and I’ve NEVER gotten myself stuck before.

I would be annoyed too, Rat2. Hopefully she gets on the ball and gets it done for you.

Yikes, Joey. Those temps are no joke! Hopefully you warm up some after this week.

Dh brought subs home from the grocery store. Bless his heart. I’m gonna go take some NyQuil and head to bed.

    Stay warm everyone!

Hi! We did get snow. Did not quite cover the wild onions but everything is white. It was pretty falling but now I am over it and ready for Spring.

Perry picked up his pork. We vacuum sealed 59 pork chops last night. Gosh they were pretty chops. Tonight, we will do the 20 lbs of hot sausage. That man is definitely a carnivore.

    Good morning Rat2.
Yum pork chops and I like my sausage hot too :thumb:

11 degrees for us this morning, high for the day is 29. Supposedly it feels like 3 out there, I’m not going out to test it
Glad you don't have to go out.

    Good evening everyone :)

Yes, we definitely are lucky with our guys, Dale :) Glad you were warm.

Hey Kelt, hope all is well.

Rat2, wow, that is a lot of chops. We need to get some more sausage. I’m definitely ready for Spring too! More snow today and another 2-4 inches tonight. I feel like we haven’t had one day without snow this entire year. ;)

Hope you all have a lovely evening!

Good evening Sara  I’d go nuts if I lived where you do, definitely not a fan of long term snow!

Hope everyone has a peaceful night’s rest :)
