    Good morning Dale

Yeah, quiet one here also. Finished the A Court of Thorns and Roses series. It was pretty good for fantasy. Not my normal genre.

Hope you have a great day!
Good afternoon Sara. So far it’s been a good day, weather is absolutely gorgeous and cool too.

    Good morning lurkers

lol we are supposed to see some too but it won’t amount to much. It was 70 yesterday and then the winds/thunderstorms arrived and dropped 20 degrees. Lol

I agree the weekends go by too quick!

    Have a great day!
    Good morning Sara.
Those sudden drops can be unpleasant, at least you were home and not caught out dressed inappropriately for the temperature yesterday.

I hope you have a great day too. :)

Good evening lurkers  Happy St Patty’s Day!!

Absolutely, Dale :) We went to breakfast in the morning when it was still decent. Today was cold but sunny and we will hit 70 on Wed.
Good evening Sara. Just finished washing up from supper, we had a ham and cheese omelet with biscuits, I put salsa on my eggs.

Think we hit 73 today but it’s already dropping.

Hi folks I'm still alive:thumbs: we had a bad storm here Friday night and I now have the neighbors carport upside down in my back yard it poked a hole in my shop roof and mashed some trim and also took out about 16 foot of 6 foot tall fence I'm waiting on the insurance people. Its great seeing you folks still around I'll try to stop in more often, Take care :)

    Good evening lurkers. :)

Kind of a long day, the beef we cut today was a tough bugger to cut, I’m thinking the animal must have been a bit on the old side. Then we wrapped the day up processing two wild hogs, those are generally nasty to deal with.

    Supper was leftovers scraped together.

Wow you must really like Perry to drive that far to get his meal!
I do but I am just a people pleaser.

It was expensive but excellent. $28 for a big sub and a container of pasta. The sub does have a load of meat and the pasta is full of meat also. We split it and it is enough.

I also got my Chinese "fix" last weekend too! And I wonder why I have gained so much weight.

I am shopping for a new laptop. Mine has started sporadically acting weird. Zooming in and changing the tab without me even touching the keyboard. Me thinks something is getting ready to go wrong and I cannot be without one so, I am checking out new ones. Thank goodness you can find inexpensive Chromebooks, which is what I have now.

I wish the weather would stay exactly like it has been this week. Cool, sunny and beautiful. I better enjoy it while it is here because it gets hot quick here. I don't mind the hot, it is the humidity that I dislike.

Hope everyone is having a great week.

    Good evening y’all
    :)

Well today was definitely different, saw 4 cars of people arriving late morning, whole mess of people climbed out and came in, then they and Randy (boss) disappeared. :?: I ran out of stuff to cut and went hunting , found them all on the kill floor (it was clean). Apparently a collage class to do with food prep came for a tour/question - answer session. So we had them there for quite some time and very little got done. Course we had to show them how we cut meat, tenderizing, vacuum sealing and all that. Finally they left and we were able to finish the beef. Randy pulled a new half out and before he could make a first cut the inspector came
    facepalm
Once again I was standing around unable to get on with it. Guess it all pays the same
    lol

Apparently 4 p.m. is my new quitting time, wondering what happened to my retirement :?: Longest deer season I’ve ever worked.

    Hey Rat2.
Yeah I’ve learned to find a back up tablet as soon as I notice mine getting wonky, usually the battery is ready to die … or something.
