Evening,lurkers:wub:
Evening Fran.

It's only a little more comlicated than your version. Actually I don't think Hacienda puts any jalapenos in theirs that I ever noticed, I think whoever made this recipe was trying to spice it up.
Oh no, mine is basically opening cans and packages.
Other than browning/draining the ground beef, it takes longer to explain how to make them than to actually make them.

Just picked another 1/2 gallon jalapenos tonight anybody want some :)
 Too bad we're not all close enough to share stuff like that!! :(

Well, I guess I should run for a bit, it's going on 8 o'clock already.

This day has absolutely flown by.

Hmmm, maybe I should make Wet Burritos and grill some poppers this weekend, hafta see where I can get some jalapenos around here, my little small town grocery store only sells em chopped up. Trip to South Bend may be in order tomorrow.

That one is just mostly a homemade taco seasoning instead of one from a packet, so skip that and use your favorite taco seasoning. Then adding a couple ingredients to the enchilada sauce, and that's the secret that you shouldn't skip.

Not too far, 12 miles to the closest Wally World, (10 to the airport on the edge of the city), maybe 14 to the big Farmers Market they have.
