That's too bad he doesn't like it. If you put a fresh cut on it and put it in water, it should hold a long time.
I will put an open zip lock baggie on the top so the tips get some moisture in the fridge too.
Just don't let it get so wet that they mold.
Asparagus will hold longer the way I just described than in the bag....just my personal experience.

Yeah, we love asparagus too...I'm lucky that the bf and his mom both love it, so we have it regularly...it's soooo good!
Having tuna subs for dinner here...that eclair is the perfect dessert for it!![]()
