Good morning Lurkers! 29 here with temperatures dropping and getting freezing drizzle and a few light flurries!
Just sitting here praying that my boys and their ladies have enough sense to not go out tonight! Mom can advise, but they don't always take our advise. Mr. Chili and I aren't budging. The boys and grands were supposed to come over tomorrow but hubby doesn’t feel good and we don't want everyone getting sick.
Hope everyone is able to stay in and stay warm and safe!

I’m trying to rest some Chili, hard to do when you have lots of people tromping in and out expecting to be fed One more dinner to go and I’ll be done done!
Hate that everyone is so cold, yes, that breeze hurts! Done at the store though and not expecting to have to go out again

We're on the chilly side here, not as cold as most of you, but temps have been dropping all day and will be in the 20s tonight...we're set to have those cold temps all week...for us that is cold...I'm wearing my nice cozy, fluffy pj's and have no intentions of getting out of them.
Princess and her daddy survived their first night alone and so far things are still going good for them...of course, it won't be long before she starts seeing just how far she can push him, but I'm just glad they are enjoying each other.
Dale, try to get as much rest as you can...hope you feel better soon.

She will be soon...he needs to get a few things squared away first, but yes very soon she'll be with him permanently...which means living with me for the time being.

Have had a quiet day and spent a lot of the time on the sofa cuddling with Rita.
Perfect day for being (as KC put it SO WELL) on the warm side of the door.
8 here with a feels like of -8, but better than some parts.
One of DH's Uncles is in Jamestown, ND where it's a balmy -11 and a feels like of -32
A cousin in the Twin Cities area is at -8 with a feels like of -25
My nephew in Ketchikan, AK is not bad with 30 degrees and a feels like of 25...BUT...4-8 inches of snow possible.
Anyway, that's the temp rundown of where much of our family's at.
Ready for a hot soak, and pj's.
That's about as exciting as it's going to get around here.
