As a matter of fact I do have lots of scarves...I just forget that I have them.

That's awesome news...so happy to hear it!
...now would be the time to pull them out!

    Good morning everyone :)
    Good morning Joey.

Dr took the staples out of my .... cheek yesterday said it is healing great. Now I just need to get to a point where I can kick this walker to the curb lol
    Yea!!!
Bet you hate you're missing that winter storm on the E coast!....not. I'm sure you *do* miss being there, but not for that kind of weather. :)

Good morning Joey and lurkers

Robin, awwww, that's such great news!! Continued prayers and good healthy vibes heading your way :nun:

Joey, glad things are looking good for you too! I bet it won't be long before you can loose the walker. :)

Lori, glad your slop..err I mean soup ;) wasn't as salty.

Dale, sorry you aren't yet at 100% hope it's warmer for you today.
    Good morning Sara.
Yep, it wasn't too terribly bad. :)

Good morning Joey and Sara

Good morning lovely and handsome Lurkers

Glad your .... cheek is staple free Joey, sounds terribly uncomfortable

Thanks Sara, still having rough nights. I don’t expect the shop to be any better today :( Guess I’m going to have to buy me a personal space heater to take there .

Sorry all, I realize I’ve whined all week
    Good morning Dale.
You've been sick and have had a crummy week!! You can complain/vent to us!!

    Good morning lovely lurkers.

Dale, don't feel bad, we don't consider it whining...we asked and you told us how you're feeling...we just all hope you feel better soon!...And yes on the space heater...all of us have our own space heaters under our desks at work because it's an old building and is drafty with the door opening and closing all the time, so the little heaters really help.

Joey, glad your .... is now staple free...that must have been a real pain in the...well, you know!

Another cold day, looking forward to Sunday when it's supposed to finally warm up a bit...have a good day all!
    Good morning Angel.
I'm looking forward to Sunday as well. We're supposed to be warmer too.

    Good morning Lurkers :)

So I just got back from town and the state has been spraying the highway?? this can't be good

Burger is thawing for the chili and a few rib-eye's for the grill :D

Nope they sell diced ones now days their little cubes about 1/2 X 1/2" in a can, they keep them by the little sliced ones ;)
All I saw was that it might spit some stuff later, maybe I better go look again.
Had weather channel on a bit ago, MAN it looks nasty along the E coast/NE area!!
They were showing Boston, no thanks, want no part of that!!
SC has like 7 inches, Charleston I think it was.

    ....hope @FranC is hunkered in!

Have not seen diced ones in a can, bags/frozen, but not in a can. Will have to have a look next time.

Sounds like good food about to happen (again/always)!

    :D

It's still out just not as big as last night, been that way for the last few nights :)
Yeah, I've been watching it each night. Two nights ago it was GINORMOUS!!!! I mean creepy large!!
I don't think I saw it the actual night it was full. :(

    Good morning KC.
Good morning Angel, OBG and KC

Add me to the list of space heater owners. It's right next to my little floor fan for when it's unbearably hot. Guess that is starting to happen to me now   There have been days I've rotated between heater and fan lol!

Glad you are home safe, OBG. Hopefully it doesn't get bad there. Chili sounds delightful right about now. :thumb:

Hope you all have a wonderful day and it goes quickly. Late one for me. :glare:
I have a little space heater under my desk as well. Our office is drafty. Next to our office is a LARGE showroom, with a very high ceiling, and the set up guys work bay. His garage door is open and closed several times a day, and that showroom is heated, but it's not turned way up since it's so slow this time of year, we get a brutal draft under the doors, which I also block when it's super cold, I put a sign on the door saying to go around and not to open the door! Just a box that we can easily slide out of the way, but it REALLY helps!!

I have 2 doz and a 1/2 eggs and plenty of bread and buns, plus I'm about to make a few gallons of chili even got some salad stuff and 36 lbs of charcoal I'm set :D oh and 10 gal of gas for my generator just in case ;)
...surely hope you don't need all that!!

Okay, I'm off...to recheck the weather and get my chores knocked out.
Have a good day all. :)

    Sounds great OBG :)

The work I did today involved more movement so I was a bit warmer ... wore my jacket most of the day too so that was probably part of it. Really hate having to do that though, kind of nasty :(

I found a little space heater in the linen closet but it’s too small to do much good. Big ole building, high ceilings, drafty.

    BUT I’m home hallelujah! :w00t:

So glad the week is almost over...I'll have the office to myself tomorrow...hoping for a quiet day. ;)

Dale, I'm like you, once my feet get cold, I just can't warm up...that's what happened when we went up to get my son last week...it was so cold that night as we were driving, and my feet got so cold, it took me 2 days to warm back up!

Good evening and sweet dreams lurkers

I am tired with a capital T. The drive home was absolutely miserable. Thank goodness there was not one car behind me the whole way. They woulda been cussing at me for sure. Don't think I went any faster than 30. And I was right for once, mark it down on your calendars , no school for kiddo tomorrow.
