Good morning SaraGood morning lurkers
Looks like we have a little friend that’s decided to stow away with us during this pandemic.
Ever deal with a mouse? I saw it last night, couldn’t catch it and ended up awake most of the night worried. Uggg.
I’m looking at mouse traps online and it’s a little overwhelming. Tried and true ones?

Good morning Sara
Of course we’ve had mice , hasn’t everyone? We just buy the snap traps and throw the whole thing away when we catch one. Peanut butter is a much better bait than cheese, they can’t grab it and run
P.S. if you’ve got one you probably have more.

until now. You’ll be alright, they’re more afraid of you than you are of them
Kidding, sorta. I did see that online. *shudders*
I vaguely remember my mom setting traps when I was a kid. But since then I’ve lived in blissuntil now.

Good morning LoriGood morning all.
SSDD here, that's good these days.
Sorry about the mouse/mice Sara...yep, if you have one, you have more, most likely.
Yes, what Dale said about poison.
Plus, if you're lucky enough that they actually DO go outside to die, if another animal eats it, it will get poisoned as well.
Also, try to figure out what's drawing them, and where they're getting in.
Plug any pipe holes, or other possible entry points with steel wool, if you have an attached garage, look for areas they might be nesting. Shredded paper, anything shredded/balls of shredded material, often an indication of the nesting area...and well, the poo trail...

Definitely do not want that And we have Lucy so I don’t want her getting into poison. You’ll be alright, they’re more afraid of you than you are of them
Just don’t use poison or you’ll be smelling death for months![]()

Oh yeah! You’re right about that!Definitely do not want that And we have Lucy so I don’t want her getting into poison.
Don’t be sorry, it’s been pretty quiet around hereSorry for the multiple posts...I keep thinking of stuff.
Seasonal decorations can draw them too, if you have anything with multi colored corn, or dried wheat...like for fall stuff....when I worked at the flower shop, they LOVED that sort of stuff, we used those things in fall arrangements, so we had to keep that kind of stuff in bins.
Good morning DaleGood morning Lori
Oh yeah, the nest mess![]()
...and Sara.

Good morning Dale...and Sara.
...day two of being home from work...so very weird.
I guess the upside was I didn't have Sundayitis.![]()
I had that argument with my parents. They were very angry I wasn’t taking kiddo there. But my step dad is still working also. It’s way too risky for everyone.
Hasn’t changed my life muchI do worry some that DH will bring it home
And of course DD is upset that we’re not bringing Bela hereToo risky especially with her job

We just all need to keep washing hands thoroughly, wiping down door knobs, all the things they're saying to do.

A lot of places like yours are working, but closed to the public.Good morning Lori
Day 7 for me, it gets better, no not really. Lol.
Rumor has it they are going to call our office in tomorrow. Closed to the public but to work on things that have been sitting there since before 3/13. The governor has granted extensions but that doesn’t sound like it’s good enough.
Maybe a few of them will grow up
