Uh oh, hope that doesn’t disrupt your bedtime ;)

The boys are at the Sabres game. Put some pretzel bites in the oven and going to watch a movie :thumb:
The coke I had this afternoon is more likely to do that.

Awesome! “Me” time  Enjoy yourself:wub:

    Good morning Dale

Love it!! Thank you for breakfast!

Caffeine will do that to me too unless, I’m dead on my feet. I watched Where The Crawdads Sing on Netflix. I’m sure the book is much better but I definitely enjoyed the movie.

Got half of Christmas packed up yesterday, need to finish and then we have kiddo’s first of the season, indoor soccer game tonight.

    Have a great day everyone!

Well, I tried to stay in bed whether I was asleep or not and all it did was make me stiff with a slight headache. Both will go away as the morning progresses. I detest spurts sleeping.

It is a gloomy day here. That's okay. The gym is closed on Sundays so I have nowhere to go. Talked with my ex-bro-in-law last night and he said something about going for a walk but I am not sure the rain is going to cooperate. This o'l body could probably use a day of rest.

Thanks for the breakfast dale. If your quote is true. . . I'm going to have quite the botanical garden.

Hope everyone has a soothing Sunday!

    Good afternoon Rat2

Gloomy here too and cold. I long for Spring and sunshine.

Christmas is officially packed up and put away. Middle section the tree decided to stop working or I would have kept it up til MLK day. So out to the curb it goes. Ordered a new one that is unlit. Hope I remember to get lights in time for next year

I have been super lazy all weekend and it does not bother me one iota. It stopped raining but I have just felt damp all day.

It's been a while but I went out with my aunt and cousin to eat supper. My aunt and I split the Southwestern quesadillas. I would have done okay but I had to order the fried pickles. This place has the best so I could not resist. That's why I do not like to go out to eat. I have NO WILLPOWER. That's okay. The gym will be open tomorrow and I'm pretty sure after I weigh,

I'll read my book for a long time on the treadmill. heehee

I also have an eye appt. tomorrow afternoon. I love my eye doctor. I am taking iron supplements because I am going to try to give blood again Tuesday afternoon. I am getting tired of being rejected.

I hope this week goes by as fast as the weekend did. Hope everyone has a great start.

I would have beat you here this morning if I had not read for a little while. In fact, I could have beaten you here 3 times. heehee One of those nights where I could only sleep for a couple of hours at a time. Not sure what is up with that. But it's morning and I am here and it is going to be a good day!

    Good morning Dale and Rat2:wub:

Yeah, it was a late one for us. Some of his soccer games are at 7:30, I am not thrilled about that but the older he gets, the later his games are. Makes sense but me no likey.

I wouldn’t be able to resist fried pickles either. Lol!

Hope everyone has a great day!

    Good evening lurkers

Ooof thank goodness today is over. Cold and I’m tired. Definitely early to bed for me.

We had breakfast sandwiches with a hash brown patty, bacon and a fruit salad.

Hope everyone had a good day!! Gonna watch a little tv before bed. Sweet dreams
    Good evening Sara
‘I made stir fry with leftover vegetables from the vegetable tray and chicken and brown rice from the freezer.
    ‘Have a restful night

Everyone's supper always sounds better than mine. I had a salad again but I love salads and the desire NOT to cook is quite strong.

Had a great workout this morning and then got all cleaned up for my eye appointment. I love my eye doctor:wub:. Since I was having a good hair day, I went walking with my ex-bro-in-law. I ended up walking over 14,000 steps today.

I have had glasses for 61 years. I have worn contacts for many, many years. I made the comment the only thing I did not like about my contacts was I had to have readers all over the house. He is letting me try multifocal contacts for a week and then I go back for a recheck. He said to give it a couple days for my brain to adjust to the new contacts. (we all know it may take a little longer for my brain, heehee). Well anyway, I can already see a difference so I am quite optimistic.

Terry texted me at 3:00 this morning to say that he was sorry for not calling me but he had fallen asleep and just woke up. I knew he worked hard in his yard getting up leaves and stuff so it did not bother me at all. I would have been tired too.

He is taking me shooting in the morning. YAY! I have a 4:30 appt. to give blood but we should be through by then because I do not have that much ammo. I will take one of the 6 boxes Terry gave me for Christmas. 50 rounds should do me in one gun and 50 rounds in the other. It is not cheap to shoot but it is necessary in order to feel confident. I like it. Terry is bringing 2 more guns for me to try also. It is easier to try them out before you invest in one. That is for sure. I'll let you know if the new contacts help my aim.

Hope we ALL get a good nights sleep. I sure could use it after last night. In fact, since I am sitting her yawning, I think I will go jump in bed and give it a go.

CYA in the morning. If I don't make it, y'all have a great day.
