1st week of 12 hr days is kicking my ...., running pea's until corn is ready. I would rather work 7 8 hr days all summer than work 5 12 hr days

You can barely see the tip of his tail, far left in the picture.
This was taken the end of April.
He's really big. I fear his days are numbered.
When they get really big, they tell me that someone usually calls for a nuisance removal.
Sad, because if you're respectful, keep your distance, practice situational awareness, and DON'T feed them, they really mind their own business.
Ignore the foam (trash) floating.
Whenever it gets windy, more blows in from who knows where.

Good afternoon, lurkers I spent most of my morning on my deck. Now I have shade but it’s too hot to sit out. Opened the window in my addition. Two days without sweatshirts is nice but only 68 for tomorrow.

The deck is nice when it’s not to hot. The weather for tomorrow is now saying 71 for tomorrow with all day rain.

Pretty much Lori, I did some work for Griffith’s this past deer season but they didn’t really need me and it didn’t last long. Did make enough to cover Christmas gifts though, that was nice.

2 more days then 2 days off. Hopefully next week we can go back to 8 hr shifts. I need a butler or maid to help with this place it is a little messy lol

It has been cold here the last 2 days, night time temps were in the 40-50 range. Drizzled some yesterday but not really enough to do any good.

Cold here too, Joey. Fingers crossed you get to go back to 8hr shifts. I feel your pain all to well on the house. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one that gives a hoot about it’s condition….well….more like most of the time

Fran, boy did you get lucky. Lol!! Enjoy that sun. We are getting rain and a soccer game to go to in a bit.

Of course the chair and umbrella are in my husbands car which we just so happened to drop off at the repair shop (ac not working) yesterday, assuming we’d have it back end of day. Uhhhh, nope. Looks like I’ll be watching from the car. Wouldn’t have been an issue had I replaced my broken umbrella weeks ago
