Supper was good. Started out with chicken pot pie soup, added cheese, Vegetables and shredded chicken .

Dd has a blood infection that she's had for years. It causes her daily pain, some days worse then others. She's seen many drs and specalists that can't tell her why. If she limits her diet to that awful stuff then she has less pain. I exagerate.....it's not all awful. She trys to eliminate highly processed foods.Lols, hope she doesn’t make too much then

A specalist told her the cause of her infection "might" show up one day. Not very helpful.Oh that’s terribleGlad she’s able to eliminate some of her pain through her diet.

The AQI was at 202 (purple on the chart) when I left work, it has come down some at 192 (red). Smells like plastic burning. Glad they cancelled your alert, Fran. I’m sorry to hear about your daughter. I’m glad she can manage the pain a little.
Yum, Pizza. I’m jealous. We had hot dogs and roasted buffalo cauliflower. Dh insisted on grilling. Thank goodness hot dogs don’t take long.

Well if you have to have hotdogs there’s no better way to cook them
Yesterday I worked in the attic until Sharon and Kenny asked me to go out to eat. I never turn down good eats. Went to an Italian restaurant and it was really good. I had rotisserie chicken on a salad. Delicious. But don't give me an "Attagirl" because I also got a piece of chocolate cake.
That's okay, I probably worked it off today. I got 13,500 steps in and I did not even go to the gym. Did trim work for 2 hours and then on the riding mower for an hour and 55 minutes. I did all three yards again. I don't mind helping my aunt but I am looking forward to her getting her mower back.
I wrote to my friend Derek that delivers and picks up mowers and he said he would be bringing the mower back tomorrow. Wish I had had that little tidbit of info sooner.
