Ok so I got my woody today and finally went to try it a few mins ago with a fully charged battery and its not working, am I missing something? I bought a new charger with 2- 18650 batterys they charged for almost 6 hours before the light went green.. what can I do?
Got the battery in the right way? Positive side down. Try another atty?

take the back off and watch the spring when you press the button. one time i had an atty short out inside from the metal feed tube and the spring got glowing red. im sure there are more attys out there that have exposed connections inside where the tube goes.

Hey Drew, on your website it mentions handcrafted wooden buttons for this version of the Phidias, so are you no longer using the acrylic buttons?
had this problem when i first got it. Have to fiddle w/the batt to make sure its making proper connection on pos and neg.
works great now.
The wooden buttons are history now...I just sold the very last one the other day...Where did you see it JC? If it still says it somewhere I will ahve to change it....Thanks

I'm kind of confused, on some pics you have the black buttons, which I like, pictured above and on some you have the same button that's on my Silver Bullet(don't like as much-see below)
Furthermore your website shows the black power button and it states a "wood" juice button quote from website:

Do you have a front and back pic of what you're selling.
I know your in China so, maybe your crew could help me out...I've put in an order for 2 but I'm kind of confused at what I bought now and I'm not sure I want it if it's that button from the Silver Bullet...it's good but it doesn't fit with the finely crafted wood, IMHO and for me, anyway.

No, mine is modded with that SB stile button.
It's a horn button(same as what's on the BB), and isn't flush to the Phidias. Fono did show me that you can carry a small piece of paper under the battery, and just slip it under the + end of the battery to keep it from going off in your pocket when your done vapping.
What drew is talking about is the juice feed button on the back of the Phidias.

Above what is wrong with the phidias firing is most likely the center pin where the atty connects. If you just push up from the underneath with a dime or something(a pin maybe anything) it should start to fire again.

Ordered mine shipped on the 21st and looks like I'll be getting it today. From NJ to OR in two days hell yeah! Postal man has more then dogs to worry about today.
I was really disappointed when I got mine cause it didnt work so I had to send it back.. So im back to waiting
