That's not good, the plastic screen cover broke on my provari decided to what's up took the battery our and a piece of the screen came our with it and the screw fell out.
Sent them an email and tried to call the only number I found was for their billing department.
Does anyone know a number for provape that will get me to a human?
So wish I had another one. Not looking forward to having to send it back and having to use the mech and eroll only. This makes me very unhappy :(
Should have got two one as a back up

They seem to really prefer handling service calls triggered by email - which is common, they track it that way with a "ticket" system.

I submitted a requested as soon as it broke; just trying not to be ....... She's never let me down and still working fine. Looking at that hole is driving me nuts.
