It does for me, from the physical side. I guess this is where my age comes in. My girl is my best friend first and foremost. Her being hot is a huge bonus. But, if she weren't, I never would have wanted to speak to her; outside of the obligatory, "hi, how are you." I got lucky though, we got together after I got hurt. That first date I was a nervous wreck. Little did I know she had been wanting us to date for years before that; all the while I was Facebook and MySpace stalking her. Lol

Definitely sounds like you have yourself a keeper, though. Looks can come and go at any time....so there has to be SOMETHING else there..and it sounds like you found that.
That is how I feel about my wife as well. She and I have been through it all..the better and worse, sickness and health, and the richer and poorer...definitely makes you realize what you have, and appreciate what you have!

That's awesome though; it sucks while you're going through the roller coaster at times. Then you look back and can't help but be in awe of all the crap you've been through and there she is, your best friend, more gorgeous than the day you met, and she's right there...
