Kiwi - I had the same fraud charges on my credit card over a 3 month period. I just got my new acct after canceling that card. A charge for some herbal green tea stuff out of Florida, a charge out of Mexico, a couple of software and service type charges and that $1.50 foreign service charge.
Had to argue with Citibank to cancel my acct. First time I reported it they reversed the charge but would not cancel the acct. Second month I raised the roof yelling at supervisor. They cancelled the acct and issued new card to get me off the phone.
Have to watch those statements and your acct. I am supposed to be notified by email when my card is used. No email for any of the fraud charges. Charges did not show on my statements until July. The charges were posted to Citi months after they were made. Bank could not explain it.

After 32 years at the same company, I finally decided it was time to leave. Been working two jobs for the last month that's why I haven't been around - not that anyone has noticed. But I'll be around much more now!!
