That's a shame third one what a pain. I think after 2 going belly up I would have tried to get my $ back. I have had mine now for about 3 months. I have a MVP and that darn thing does the same as far as shutting down from time to time. Maybe in might just be Itaste I don't know. All I can say is I really don't like it.

Really the only thing other than having to press a little harder on the button is my darn SVD shuts itself off alot. I read somewhere else that I am not the only one with this problem. It is kind of a pain when you grab it to get a vape and the darn thing has shut off.

I had the exact same issue, too. It's another problem that many experience and more reason to be wary of this product.

Despite it all, I'm still very excited to receive my SVD from slowtech. It'll be my first replaceable battery mod.

Here's hoping I'm not paid with the same issues that have plagued you all.

I'd really like to see more SVD love, but primarily only seeing negative.

Not that it is surprising... Much more likely to see posts about issues than everything working as it should.

When it works it is a fine mod. I am just hoping this one continues to do so.

Don't get me wrong I do love the SVD other than it shutting off from time to time it works just fine. I wish there was a setting that you could adjust so it wouldn't shut off after 10 toot. I guess that's just the safety feature in it. I wish it would be 15-20 seconds would make it nice. I do enjoy this piece only it turning itself off is what kind of bugs me. With my kayfun 3.1 on in 18650 mode its as long as a BB Bat:). I swear you could use this sucker as a weapon it you had to :)

It's gonna be my lightsabre. Gonna get a green xl ibtanked and green IBTipsy drip tip... Just need to find out if 22mm or 19 mm would be best for the look.

I just received my second on from FT, everything is in order and is working.
I was stunned that by adding 2 dollars for Canada Post parcel I received it in 8 working days from the day FT emailed me and said it was shipped. Same with my Vamo V5 it will be here in about 8 working days

Cheers

Next time try Dashvapes.com...$20 more but quicker no hassle service

Manual says the diameter is 23.5 mm, so.... :)

Is that of the base or the top? At that size I think either would work. 19 would probably look more lightsabre-y as they aren't the same size, but 22mm would probably look nice/sit more flush too.

Huh, the base. Top is 21 mm... so that would be 0.5 mm overhang.

19mm XL it is! Thank you, once again, David ... For having the answer to pretty much all of my questions regularly.

Oh holy nutz I didn't realize how long this thing would be

Definitely an At Home set up. This is with the short tube and an 18650 battery.

THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID.

Sorry about that... But the setup was just too good. Had to let my Michael Scott out for a sec.

Looks nice!

Yeah, the SVD and Vamos are probably the 2 biggest tube style mods. Since exchanging mine for the second time, it's working great. I've fallen in love with my OG Kayfun on top of it. When I take mine out, I put a 350 battery in it and carry an extra. The looks of the SVD are great. Get so many comments about it at the local b&m. I will however have a ZNA waiting on me when I get home from work so the SVD will be shelved for a bit until I get a Russian or Zenisis for the ZNA. Then I might just take them both with me. Lol.
