So - how long did it take to unwrap all that? LOL

Keep your open bottles in a tray of some sort while mixing - just in case something spills, you'll both contain the spill and have something that can be moved outdoors if need be.

Enjoy & good luck with your first experiments Levitas! Remember to start low with flavors - it seems most start at 5%.

I think my biggest issue is where to start? John hooked me up with some extra flavors, yep, he's the man like that.

I have 13 flavors... where do I start?! I smelled all of the flavors, some smell smooth, some smell like I just got slugged in the face, lol.

I want to try something I know I'll like, then again, I also want to try something brand new... choices!

From TFA

1.) Ethyl Maltol x2
2.) Orange Cream
3.) Apple
4.) Black Honey tobacco
5.) Milk Chocolate
6.) Raisin
7.) French Vanilla
8.) Dragon Fruit (Thrown in from John)

From LA

9.) Butter Rum
10.) Chocolate (Thrown in)
11.) Country Fair Cotton Candy (Throw in)
12.) Butterscotch

From SM

13.) English Tobacco

I already mixed 3mls of Orange Cream (5%), and Butterscotch (3%). I have been shaking them vigorously, and currently cleaning a couple of attys for testing.

Question: What's good for cleaning flavor off of pipettes? I know they're disposable, but I didn't order any, John just threw some in.

Black honey tobacco sounds delicious. Let me know if its good.
If water doesn't get rid of all the flavoring in the pipette I would use alcohol.

I will most definitely let you know how it is. I will post the results from all of my tastings, and the levels that I think they're good at. This will, of course, take some time. But I'll let you know about Black Honey as soon as I can. :)

Raspberry- Tastes and smells like nail polish remover. I will pay 100$ to anyone to shoot the person who tried to poison me with this stuff. Lol Just kidding. Seriously though, this stuff is garbage. Don't buy it. You have been warned.

I have to disagree with you about the Raspberry. I mixed up a batch today at 5% and it tastes really good! no perfume and I imagine it will be better after steeping a while. I use VZ Raspberry with other flavors, but i wouldn't hesitate to use the TFA Raspberry to do the same thing.
What I find disgusting is the Strawberry! Yuck!
But thanks for this great post. It will help me in the future

I use VZ Raspberry with other flavors,
Your talking about the TFA raspberry correct?!? Maybe I got a bad batch or something. hmmm
What didn't you like about the strawberry? It tastes very artificial but its not a bad flavor in my opinion.

my blackberry tastes a wee bit perfumey,,,,,,not awful, I'll vape the stuff,,,,,,,but might let it steep a couple days and see if it's better.
It was a littly purfumy when I first got it. I let it sit with the bottle open so it could oxidize a bit and now it tastes great with no perfumy taste. Now that I think about it, that might be the problem with my raspberry. hmmm

I will eventually post more intricate details, but just for fun:

Orange Cream: Delicious. Tastes exactly how it smells, and how it should. I would imagine it's hard to get this flavoring wrong, but, it's a winner in my book. Mixed @ 5%

Butterscotch: This was @ 3% was a little too weak. I could taste the vg more than the flavor. I added 2 more drops, and even though the flavor increased, the sweetness was lacking. Added 3 drops of cotton candy, small improvement. So, I figured with this one I would need to mix it at 2-3 times the strength as this beta. I eventually added some Butter Rum to the mix, just for fun, and because they smell similar. It seems very likely that the Butter Rum is stronger in flavor than the Butterscotch, though, I cannot say for sure. All in all, not bad, just needs to be tweaked some more.

Since I am using all vg, except for the flavorings of course, I have already found that I will need to mix the flavors in higher %'s. I will be doubling the % in the next batch of Orange Cream, and will proceed with new flavors.

This is a blast. I wish I had more attys to test the flavors though. I have a rebuildable, but, that takes time to clean, rebuild, etc. I might dive into that Black Honey tobacco next. :)

So I've been uncapping, shaking, recapping and repeating with my raspberry flavor for the past hour. It has lost a lot of the acetone smell and is getting better by the minute. I guess it just needed to be oxidized. I am going to try this process of oxidizing with the boysenberry, maybe it will get rid of the soapyness it has.

I use VZ Raspberry when volume is a problem and I want the raspberry taste to mellow another fruit. I use TFA Raspberry when I want a strong second component. I use it at 5% to 10% with no problem. I don't find it perfumy at all.
The TFA strawberry was just perfumy nasty no matter what I did, but truthfully, that was a while ago before I knew what I was doing. Maybe another look is in order.

So, has anyone used TFA Milk chocolate before?

Last night, I mixed a Milk chocolate (8%) and Apple (6%), and the apple is in the back round, as intended. However, the chocolate doesn't seem to exist? I get peppery, which I can only assume to be the nicotine shining through. Anyhow, I am letting it sit until after I get off of clinicals today to retry. If you've tried this flavor before, at what %? Also, I have some (LA) Chocolate that I am going to try at around the same mix later.

I haven't found a chocolate that I like as a primary flavor yet.
