He is now checking for about 1 hour the Tilemahos on an istick with 10 Watts ... no problems yet, sound good for him ...

Perhaps 10 Watts is too low, I'm vaping my Tilemahos (springomizer) with a zirconium spring, with a resistance of 0.56 ohms @ 20.8 Watts (that actually are 23.27 Watts. Doing the calculations according to the displayed data at the mod's screen (P=V^2/R)).

It produces a warm vape (not hot).

First of all, thanks for support folks!

ok then .. the problem is solved :) He can't vipe higher than 15 Watt (+/-) thats it!

Fact is that he can also vipe my Proteus/PeneV4 at 200c :headbang: I think he gonna sell the Cybrillion and use the Tilemahos X1 with his ugly-Mod until imeo releases his new Mod .. as announced :)

Imeo, is there a time window? Can't wait too :hubba: ...

Told ya...... :)

Maybe Cybrillion hits at 20+watts (new battery) and your friend vapes lower with Pico??

I beat you Ariel :D:D:D:p:p:p
Your post was an excellent post, accurate, with all the posible solutions... but I was right!!!

After some delay I got my springomiser. :)

I can only quote Busardo from the review who said something like "how ever I build a coil and whatever I put inside it works".

I made some pretty awful looking coil and while placing it in a channel it even deformed more. But I put cotton inside it, filled the tank with liquid and started waping... and it works great at 2.0 ohm.

P.S. I am using cotton bacon for the first time and still waiting for it to "break" as a lot people said it should happen. But if this is what I'm getting regarding flavour then I must sincerely say that just plain old cotton from the pharmacy which women use for their "problems" is way better and gives much more flavour.

I solved the secret of the incredible great taste of the Springmizer!!!!
It sucks juice like a camel water after three weeks in the desert!!!!
Max. 150 puffs and the tank is empty :))
An improvement I found (only in the Spanish store)
Tilemahos v2 & Tilemahos X1 22mm Longer Clear Tank CNC Wings (Only works with solid mouthpiece)
But, how could it be else: both (tank&mouthpiece) are SOLD OUT.

Do you have any plans to restock them?
If so: approximately when and in which store??

Many thanks in advancefrom Vienna
Martin

could you please recommend wires for the tilemahos x1 springs ?

coil should be
- 2.4 ohm (+/- 0.2)
- inner dia 3mm or 2.5mm
- perhaps 10 (+/-2) wraps?
- vaping at less than 10w

what wires would be good for such a high-ohm-coil ?
- stainless steel 316L 28 AWG / 0.32mm / 17.66ohm (or better less ohm per cm?)
- kanthal a1 28 AWG / 0.32mm / 13.55ohm
- titanium 28 AWG / 0.3mm dia
- titanium 30 AWG / 0.28mm dia
- zirconium ? ?
..anything else ?

i dont really get anywhere with the tool as im missing parameters, e.g. wire length the spring may have etc.. advices out there are about "low-ohm-high-watt"...

thanks!

external diameter of the wire has to be at 3,6mm bibi. That means that you measure the width of your wire, you double it and then you minus the result.

Example 1:
wire diameter: 0,35
if we double it, we have the number of 0,70
From the 3,6 we minus the 0,70 and the result is 2,9mm. Now we found the axis we need for the desired coil. Its a 2,9mm axis

example 2:

wire diameter: 0,4
if we double it, we have the number of 0,80
From the 3,6 we minus the 0,70 and the result is 2,8mm. Now we found the axis we need for the desired coil. Its a 2,8mm axis

For a high ohm coil you must not try wires. You just have to use only 2 wires with priority to Zirconium and then to Titanium. These are the only biocompatible materials you have to use for vaping

thanks, imeo.

For the x1 --- 3.6mm CoilOuterDiameter

Axis for the x1: CoilInnerDiameter = 3.6 OuterCoilDiameter - (2 x WireDiameter)

(the CoilInnerDiameter = Axis = CoilingJigDiameter = ScrewdriverDiameter)

Ideally, for the 2.4 ohm coil i would like to use a coiling-jig-tool, which has 2.0/2.5/3.0 CoilInnerDiameter

with a 0.32 wire (28 AWG) and a 3mm CoilInnerDiameter(JigTube), the
CoilOuterDiameter = 3.00 + (2 x 0.32) = 3.64mm

this is just 4/100mm more, what seems little enough to still fit into the x1?
would it ?

You mean, for a 2.4 ohm coil either use
0.35 diameter zirconium (27 AWG), or
0.40 diameter titanium (26 AWG)
?

i really really appreciate to get some sort of figures, so that i can order wire(s) based on them.
i still dont know what to buy.

for zirconium i dont have a source to order.
so titanium, but also SS and all other wires are (healthwise) good enough for me.

thanks!

seeking:
coil: 2.4 ohm (+/- 0.2)
InnerCoilDiameter: 2.5 or 3.0
vaping at 10 Watt or lower

you said bibi:

"with a 0.32 wire (28 AWG) and a 3mm CoilInnerDiameter(JigTube), the
CoilOuterDiameter = 3.00 + (2 x 0.32) = 3.64mm"

Its ok no worries. Do it like this :)

As for Zirconium springs, they will be ready in 20 days. But if you want Zr wire to make springs, please contact to German or Italian or Spain GG seller

in general, fo big ohs you must use thinner wires to archine the result with less threads on the coil

ok, thanks...
.. for high ohm and many wraps, to have heat flux low and vape cool
perhaps 28-KanthalA1 (with 3.0 coiling jig) is easiest and 30-SS.

AWG (dia) - mandrel - wire - wraps(2.4ohm) - heat flux(8W)
28 (0.321) - 3.0 - KanthalA1 - 11 wraps - 60
30 (0.255) - 3.1 - titanium1 - 23 wraps - 38
30 (0.255) - 3.1 - SS316(L) - 14 wraps - 61
32 (0.202) - 3.2 - titanium1 - 14 wraps - 77
34 (0.16) - 3.3 - titanium1 - 9 wraps - 155

in the coil-calculator there is no zirconium yet.
but @woita asks already here for the details.

you can put a long drip tip Dont. You only have to take care of 2 things:

1 The drip tip has to sit very tight on mouthpiece so choose the right o-rings for it
2. It has to be at 10mm in width

I don't understand. How would another drip tip fit?
