An American colleague I worked with a few years back said he could never get used to my saying "I'm going out for a ...". Or especially my asking of another colleague "Fancy a ...?"

First day at work when I went to USA someone came up to me and exclaimed
'Hi, I'm Randy'
lol!

Ballpark, 500F in Ni200 mode equates to about 800F on the titanium coil.

quick question

so lets say i really want a warmer vape i am currently on TI coils

switch to ni2000
to achieve that set it at 500f??
right??

currently @600f on ti mode,
on a full charge its fine
but when halfway thru the batts,it feels weak,

I would switch to Ni mode and start around 450, then work up until it's where you want it just so you don't risk burning up.

The different usage of the word "fanny" between the US and the Commonwealth countries can be amusing as well. :)

There, indeed, many!

suspenders for example! A guy wearing suspenders is a tad...unusual on this side of the pond..;)

As is a person wearing a waistcoat here.

And an American wearing a jumper ain't the same as a Brit wearing one. But nobody on either side of the pond likes the guy that wears a waistcoat jumper. :)

And don't get me started on "pudding" either.

Forgot the vest and jumper and sorry about the pudding. Even most brits think that one is a bit odd. Rather a Northern thing I think...

which coils you using?? 600F seems very high. I have a 0.2ohm build running at 460F in Ti01 mode and its a nice vape. It would ignite at 600F...You sure your build is ok???

I was watching 'Death in Paradise' last week, and it took me half an episode to realize the 'torch' they were talking about was a flashlight.

you know the aluminum thing is actually what Hunphrey Davy called it when he discovered it for reasons I forget. In a sense, the amurrikanns are correct!

You know what really twists a Brit's knickers? Proving to them that the original spelling of element #13 really is ALUMINUM. And the name was given by an Englishman. Ten years or so later, some gits at the Royal Academy decided to change it to ALUMINIUM because it sounded cooler to them that way. But by that time, the original spelling had stuck in the US, and we'd be damned if we'd change it on the whim of some eggheads across the pond.

And you insist in adding an "s" to math, claiming it's the proper usage. Not. :pervy: Saying "I went to maths class" is like saying "I went to gyms class". :)

yup
titanium coils
on a dripper
ohms out to 0.17

yup sure of the temp,
thats how high the mod is set,
but on vaping it just reaches
460-480f

for some reason,
if i set it t 480-500f the vape is colder
compared to having it set @600f

Well I'm going to say English win overall because your American and English is your main language, unless you claim your primary language is American [emoji24]
