D, it's easy, carto insulator and o-ring from a lighter.

I tried the LED legs on the 18G, but the legs are too skinny. (you slip over 1 leg right?)

I may have to try a 16G here after all:p
the idea of having 2 legs were to make sure i'd have connection but ends up just one would be fine but im still keeping 2 just in case one of it breaks. my 18G fits into it no problem.

Goodness Dan, you work quick! Is that the CVS fob you meant? What are the upper/ lower OD's and length? Sorry to pester, but I like to build too :D.

Also, what's a 'swap sleeve'? My needles all have ceramic glue and a plastic nipple to attach to syringe, yours looks like a metal tube:blink:

Looks like a real winner, and please let us know how it goes.

edit: the 510 carto tube is a great addition too

LOL, yep the one in the package is placed next to the one I get online for size comparision. the upper OD = 13mm, lower OD = 12mm and length = 55mm with out the key chain connector piece.
The swap sleeve is the plastic syringe to needle connector attached to the needle. The one I get from Tractor supply company have the needle swedged in metal, and then sealed in the plastic connector. I cut the "swap sleeve" or plastic connector off of the 1 1/2" 16ga needle and inverted it. Then shove the now blunt tip of needle # 2 into it and use a pair of dykes to swedge it into place.
Below is a picture of the plastic sleeve of the needle before it was cut off. And a couple pics of the juice hole at the bottom cut into the carto and needle tube.
I also soldered the two side holes and air hole in the carto center pole. Bottom is now sealed!
Dan

Cheers dan, but now you brought dykes into the story... but I get it.

I thought CVS was the same as Walgreens but that is quite a bit different from the fob I saw there, for 4.99. You might be interested in bison tubes, the build quality gets good marks in the geocaching world.

Hehehe was wondeing if anyone would catch that LOL
Ahhh another Geocacher cool... will have to look bison tubes up. Thanks,
Here is the CVS pill fob:
Buy CVS Compact Pill Caddy online at CVS.com
Will keep you guys updated.

Added:
Just looked at bison tubes, the only problem is the min dia is 20mm, the one from CVS is 13mm, I like the thin look but if I want more juice capacity the bisons are a winner.

attached is a mockup for astetics.

Great to hear Dan, nice vid too. Truth be told, we've been posting a lot about it lol.

D, Got some 16G, but they wont clear the connector hole, and the carto tube takes them snug, but cut off the airflow completely. I know about grinding the connector hole, but any ideas about keeping my airflow?

The carto connector you want snug and then notch the carto tube for juice flow. The other end just use a small drill and open the hole up for the needle to fit.

I know this much, this is a solid design, I have been vaping for an hour with this thing and have not had to refill like I had to with a cart or top or bottom feeder, just pick it up and vape!!! I love it!! Best dang SUCKaThON I have had in while :p (Note the use of name Mr D)
BTW this thing works great with my EGO!!
