I am afraid after vaping will be classified as tobacco consumption (after 8/8) states will rush to implement sin taxes on vapers. I do not want to pay them.
I agree. Thankfully I live in a state where you can get a pack of Marlboros etc. for five bucks. Pall malls are four bucks. I think thry won't come down hard here. But unfortunately I can't saythe same for other draconian states.
I was just pointing out how cheap smokes are here. Cuz we don't tax the hell out of them, so I doubt we would tax the hell out of juice. Plus our state has a surplus, thank God I moved here from broke ... Illinois.
0 nic will be taxed the same as 3, 6, and 12 ... light cigarettes are not taxed less than regular smokes.
at the end of the day ... I just can't see eLiquid and open tank vaping being approved.
the only eCigarettes approved will be cigalikes using taxable cartridges.
I think the deeming regs are pretty straight forward in spelling out the future legal Vape market.
I feel like I am in Vape Land Limbo, I scurried around and stocked up, still looking at sales etc but basically done, waiting for some more vape mail. Now just waiting for the next shoe to drop in states and by Feds. This is madness what we have to go thru, I actually dread 8-8 and it is my birthday that day! There is so little news or updates it is hard to know what is actually happening legally with all these deeming regs and even the states. Then I wonder should I go for some fav juice that comes from Indiana before they get shut down on juice or just cold turkey my juice favs now and enjoy my DIY. This is so crazy, all these decisions & deadlines I don't really want to deal with anymore. Anyone else there too? It feels like a bad dream, can I wake up now?

Stocked up for years. 2 years on everything. 10+ years on nic and hardware.
Will need some flavorings and PG/VG in 2-3 years and some 18650's.

I honestly hope Tobacco Sales Tank - Regardless of Vaping - Just to put all these Pocket Greedy States and the Master Tobacco Settlement right down the Crapper. Maybe then they will get the picture, You cannot keep running Governments off the Backs of select targeted groups of individuals.

One would think we paid Fed income and State income tax for a reason.
We don't have a state income tax here, but our sales tax is pretty high. But then again so was Illinois'.

I guess I didn't expect the limbo part to set in, but eveyone being so busy and rushing around buying was kind of fun altho rather frantic at times! LOL
I am going to miss the ease of battery built in devices and pre-made coils. Honestly I can go to zero nic if needed, been at 3mg for a while now. I am stocking up on regulated devices and recently started using rechargeable batteries. It is really a PIA. Still working on the coil wrapping, which is also a PIA with getting the wicking right. I just wanna vape man, I don't want it to be a part-time job....
You're right. You shouldn't have to change your style of vaping just because the fda says so. When I first started wrapping coils last year, it was the wicking that was the PIA for sure. The more you do it, the more you get a feel for it, then it becomes alot easier. And it ends up taking less time. I really want to check out rayon to wick with. It is supposed to last a lot longer than cotton. So you don't have to wick as much.
I've never been impressed with vaping products. Everything is always newer and better. So, I don't know what to get. I'm thinking of doing the Hookah thing. I don't know what it is, but they sound like fun.
I know what you mean, right now I am loving this Endura T18, so easy, I have many others but I just love this grab and go unit, fill the tank and vape
I liked it so much I bought another ! The coils are going on 2 weeks, so stocked up on a bunch of those to replace when needed. I just love easy.
