So as much as I like the size of this dna I am less than happy with their customer service and makes so I will not order from them again.

They responded to my request about the offset LCD agreed to provide me a label to send it back to them to fix it.
Only issue with that is a 10 day turnaround so I asked if I could just buy another one and then they could refund me once they received this one.

They said no because technically mine is not defective. They stated that connection is visible on a lot of dna's

Maybe I am OCD but I expect my new gear to be right. It's like saying I should be ok with a new car being door dinged since it won't affect performance.


So sadly this will be my first and last purchase from them.

Holy Karp! Soo tempted...but, limited run of 50 for beta testing. Wut? For full price? Man, IDK...you would think a respectable company would maybe send an email offer to previous VS DNA customers and maybe give them a bit of a price break.

Between this and what COGamerGirl is going thru...VS the company is starting to lose a little bit of it's shine for me. =( Sucks because it's such a great device.

Yeah I don't think my request for the exchange of my device was unreasonable. But that's fine I will give the small fortune I spend on my vape gear to Redeyedancer aka Rob for a wall of REO's in every color and size combination I want.

He cares about his customers. I will spend more and go out of my way to give my money that kind of business owner.

Yeah, I agree...they didn't do right by you...the oled was misaligned and that IS a manufacturer defect....if you paid by credit card, dispute it with them....I wouldn't keep it and I, personally will not be buying from them until they do right here. I'm dead serious. I was under the impression they cared a little more but perhaps I was wrong. I would've jumped on the RDNA beta but...nah....they can keep it.

It's occasions like this that make Provari the envy of all, Including vaporshark for sure.

I purchased mine a couple of days back (still in transit) - but after a few email exchanges requesting them the ETA of the rDNA since that's what I wanted. Brian repeatedly told me that it'd be out only by the end of the month, never ever he hinted that a small batch would be ready in a few days.

And then they launched the rDNA yesterday!

Vaporshark needs to do some PR control...it's too bad they don't seem to care about their customer base...that's bad business.

Yeah, seems it's all about the money, eh?

Also saw a video with the CEO in it, can't remember his name but he had a ton of accessories he was gonna roll out for the shark.

Do they make them here in the US or import them from china...doesn't say on the box and the skin went right on my two so?

I think they assemble them here. Such a shame they don't value their customers.

CGGirl, your experience is appalling ~ definitely shouldn't happen with our devices, especially when they are expensive, OCD or not. That mod is just unacceptable ~ it must be replaced. Have you tried raking up this issue thru their FB page? I would.

Haven't tried that yet. Just a dozen or so emails of them telling me they will only offer me sending it back to them for repair.

I am torn between trying to take it to Facebook or just dispute it with my credit card company.
