I think the reason the tracking doesn't update is because they use the cheapest possible shipping method, First Class Mail. I'd have been happy to pay the $6 for a Priority flat rate box. Instead it arrives in an envelope, and tracking is wonky.

My "plus" button continues to get stuck every now and then, requiring me to pry it back out with a knife. Not a great sign for something I've had for a week or so. Otherwise it's performing very well, and the battery life is surprising. I just don't like having to pry that button out. I keep fearing it's going to get stuck permanently.

Didn't you say you ordered on the 18th? I'm guessing mine will be a day behind.

Anyhow, if they ship today, they will come to Springfield to be sorted. And I don't know about you but mine almost always arrive the day it leaves the sorting facility.

I think ur right on the first class mail.
Question did you reach out to VS about your button? and if so what options where you given.

My 3/10 order just shipped last night and has already left Opa Locka (~1:30 AM). I imagine I'll have it by tomorrow but USPS says thursday. I'll keep everyone updated..

Heard back from vs they think my charging indicator light staying lit is due to damage or defect. I'm waiting on a prepaid envelope from vs so I can ship mine back.

Given such disproportionate supply vs. demand for all these dna chipsets, this is one thing I actually do look forward to China being able to crank out soon

BUTTON ISSUES AND UNINTENDED SLEEP MODE
I have the original VS DNA, my first VS was replaced because of bad charging circuit. Lately, the VS been going into sleep mode during normal use. after about 4-6 hits, I find it in sleep mode. My usage hasn't changed as I do one press until my inhale is done. I don't hit the button repeatedly during my hits. I cannot pick any reason why this might be happening. I also feel the button takes more attention to make sure it's pressed correctly. This could be my imagination but that's what I feel. It's just when I first started using the VS, I don't recall any negative feelings about the button at all. I'm going to let the battery run down again until the software resets. A practice I find very annoying! Mods with built in batteries need a clear reset mode! THIS WILL BE MY FORTH TIME RUNNING THE BATT DOWN FOR INTENTIONAL RESET
Anyone have similar issues popping up? I would assume this switch is rated for 50,00 hits or so.
I'm pretty irritated with Evolv for these bugs not being fixed in their DNA 20 boards.

That's great to hear, assuming they are just going to swap it out for u with a new one. After u ship back, give them a ring and ask if they will release and ship u another simultaneously. If u feel hesitation tell them they can put a hold on ur CC until the damage unit is received by them.

I was wondering if anyone else had theirs shipped from Miami, that why I posted that info. Seems there is no tracking issue from that location. We'll see how it goes.

I've only had need to do that to my VS once so far, but my DNA 20 XPV needs to be reset for a second time (it shows 0.0 ohms all the time).

It's obviously not design behavior, but I wonder if Evolv knows what condition causes it, so that we can try to avoid it? Gonna e-mail them...

I get home this evening the VS order that I placed and posted about came in. What I found interesting is the label was print by VS and was priority-2day. Small envelope $12 work of syringes. But took 5 days to reach me? Again for 3 days it was information received on the 4 day it was in Brooklyn, NY (not a hub) and then arrived in the morning to my local post office and delivered at 11am. How does one understand this? It was paid to be priority-2day ... What am I missing, I can't get my head around this. It too originated from miami.
