No offense to anyone, but why is Sidora allowed 2 entries in this when everyone else has only one?

Not that it matters, I think GrimmGreen is going to win this one, and rightfully so. :D

Hey Ultimist, don't know if you were following the previous logo thread (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/puresmoker/53173-prodigy-v2-logo-contest.html)
We could submit as many Logo as we wanted, and at the end Steve and Casey chosed 15 of their favourites (wether or not they were from the same person or different). So i was not ''allowed'' 2 entries, and like you said, does not really matter :p.

should include. save money with no logo. logo :p
or stick simple with the plain jane PS logo.

He's got a point. "No logo" might be a bridge too far, but putting the PureSmoker logo on the Prodigy and calling it a day is a good idea.

A blank surface with the PureSmoker logo would provide visual continuity with the Protege and establish the kind of visual arrogance you see in the big boys: when Mercedes Benz, Mitubishi motors or Bayrische Motoren Werke want to sell you something, they don't add layers of information, they just flash their badges and say, 'we're here and you know what we have. Are you buying?'

Just a thought.

As much as I like GrimmGreen's design (after all I voted for it), I agree that the etching *should* be optional.

I do like the design of the Protege over the Prodigy V1 because it doesn't have any more work on it aside from the PS seal. Never underestimate the power of whitespace when working with metals that already offer their own piece of elegance.

Not bad advice.

Well the big thing (and this applies to ALL our designs) is that just because it looks good on a computer screen doesn't mean it'll look good on stainless steel. I believe the pro-designers on the forum pointed this out.

Should the etching be optional, I'm inclined to not have it etched until i see a photo of a test device. These mods are used for at least 6 months if not years, everyday, all day long... it'd really suck if *any* logo made the device look gaudy.

Just sayin.

I really like Grimms Design but i also like the palin jane PS logo that's currently on the protege.

Whether PS decides to use it or not, Grimm should still get a free V2.
.

Yes, Grimm definitely has earned himself a Prodigy V2. Congrats on a great design.

The V will always remind me of the film - one of my all-time favorites.

What ultimately winds up on the device may be influenced by a lot of things. Not least of which is what the etcher can actually do with the design, and how Steve likes the result on brushed stainless steel.
