Hi again everyone,

I didn't speak with Ms T over the weekend so she could have a little space and downtime before trying to get back into things. I did speak with her at length today though. First things first, the website, orders, etc...

We have decided that the store will remain closed for a few more days to give T a chance to catch up. She has begun processing again, although tonight won't be full speed ahead. There will be orders shipping tomorrow though. She is currently trying to get life back together and also needs a little time to take care of all those who have SO patiently waited for their paid orders to be processed. As soon as she is comfortable with the headway she is making, we will reopen for new orders. There is currently no estimate as to when this will be, but we are hoping for only a few days. In the mean time, we will be posting order number ranges that are shipping on the website daily. Please see the site to get an idea of what has shipped in relation to what your order number is, if you currently have one outstanding.

As she sits and tries to regain her sanity, I have encouraged her to read all the posts here and all the nice emails we received. She has been under the impression that everyone was mad at her for the results of this unexpected event, but once she sees all of those kind words she will feel differently. She hasn't had a chance to see much of it, and what she did see may not have had the chance to sink in since her mind was a bit preoccupied. She assured me that she would try to take a look at everything, and I'm even expecting that she will feel compelled to post here, most likely tomorrow. I am sure she will want everyone to feel her gratitude.

As far as her son goes, there have been no definitive answers. T is still left wondering what the hell was really going on. As quickly as he fell ill, he began to recover. Of course there was the whole week in between when things were very difficult. It seems some information has been gleaned in regards to problems, which is good, but no real answer as to what actually forced him into the hospital. T is trying to deal with that now, not to mention the lack of sleep, the impact on her own health, personal matters that were set aside, and her business. We hope that folks will continue to understand that even though the worst has past, it will take a few days for her to reclaim her life and stability.

Thank you all again for caring so much, and especially for your patience. We will try to provide progress updates as much as possible so everyone knows what is going on.

There are those things in life that take a little time for us to process. Ms T should take a few more days. Again, as one of those customers with a pending order; I've waited this long, I can wait a while longer. This isn't a Walmart or Home Depot company we're talking about--we're talking about a business that she runs out of her home, and she seems to have a very loyal following, who understand what she's going through. We'll still be here.

Personally, I think she should keep it shut down for another week, and hit things with a fresh mind next Monday.

I had been waiting for payday to try Ms T's juices(which is today), when I saw that her site was down I came right here. I am so sorry that her son is ill. I am glad that he is home and hope that she gets the rest she needs. I will wait patiently to make my first order. I have read amazing reviews and every time I turn around I see a link to her site. I am sure I will not be disappointed. Take your time Ms.T and get plenty of rest.

Oh! I just learned about what's going on when I went to order. I'm so glad to hear your son seems out of the woods, and certainly to all be back home. Please know there is no pressure from this customer, who hopes only for the best for you and yours. Take all the time you need... the kitten and the sea monkeys all agree...

WOW what a week!! Me and my family have been through so much! So I know what's on everyone's mind...What the heck happened? Well to this day we really don't know what was wrong! When they operated they found this mysterious green stuff on top of some of his organs in his stomach. While they were there they removed his appendix just in case there was something wrong with it. Turned out that there was nothing wrong and took it for no reason. They also discovered that he now has ulcerative colitis in the large intestines and Crohns Disease in the small intestines. I have never seen a person in so much pain as my son was. It was touch and go for the first 3-4 days. I don't think he opened his eyes or had a conversation with anyone for the first 4 days. The weirdest thing was that as fast as this came he got better just as fast. He is up and going now and (against mother) he had to go back to college. I worry so much because of all the germs that are at college. I text him almost hourly to wash his hands. And if he catches something I will pull him out of that college so fast his head will spin!

Through all this I really thought I would have a bunch of major angry customers but that was not the case. And for that I appreciate each and every one of you! There was so many emails and forum posts....to many to answer individually! As most of you may know I don't just look at each of you as a customer but as family as well!! So I am sending one BIG..HUGE...Hug and Thank You All Very Very Much for all the kind words!

It is taking me just a bit to get back into the swing of things again. But I will get it going back to normal here shortly. So bare with me! Also there will be some changes very soon with my company! No I am not changing recipes or anything ..but I will be doing a few things to speed things up around here.

Thanks again For Everything!!

Oh Ya!
Please don't respond to this. I don't want her to have anything wasted on her!! I just want her to hear this!
To that one person! You know who you are! I can't believe a grown women would say such things as you did! How can you hide behind your computer and say such mean things to another person that they wouldn't say in person! I hope you wake up and realize that you were talking about a situation that involved a sick child! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Aww Ms T your post just made my eyes tear up and gave me the chills. Yes I'm sappy I know but you have such a huge heart and it's obvious even to me being one of your newer customers. I'm so glad you're back and your son is better. I'm also so glad you came back to see how many of us appreciate you and wouldn't be an angry customer because of a family emergency! That would be just awful. Through all this I hope now you know how much people care about you. So don't overwork yourself! You're not losing any of us

I hope you're sleeping. I bet there are some people on this forum that could act like your mom and tell you to rest!
