So back on track a bit.
I was visiting a friend last night/this morning and we were talking about gear. He's had a Zmax about 6 months now, well the threading is going, not an uncommon complaint, but his is still burning a few seconds after he lets off the button, a new one to me!
So that's $50 for six months, all in all not bad and I guess if you need/want new gear regularly, I guess that's great? He's also bought 4 MVP's for him and his family and I was telling him I was reading reports of them dying after 5-6 months, which as he said "Well, with four of them in the house, it should be a pretty good test to their longevity!" He's right, and I'm curious to see how it comes out! Again, he paid $34, so no biggie.
But I've had my Provari over a year now, had to send it in once, my fault for leaving a carto tank full of juice on it while I played with mechanicals for a month, my fault entirely, cost me around $7 to ship it, but they fixed it for free!
I don't know about the OP, I don't even know about my buddy, but I know I got tired of throwing away junk and I wanted the most durable piece of gear that I could get my hands on! I researched and found the Provari. I don't know of another variable device on the market that you can throw on the floor, pick it up and vape on it, but I can with the Provari. That's what makes it so special to me!
