As I see, most of you vaping for 4-5 years by now...So definitely its addictive...Ever thought bout this fact? Actually my question is, is there anything says "Quitting vaping"? Do you ever think of that...Like no nic...nothing...no addiction.... If yes, is quitting to vape that tough like quitting smoking?

I began vaping April 2012. In that time I have dropped my nicotine from 18mg to 3mg. I could probably go down to zero-nicotine at this point and just vape flavored e-liquid.

My addiction is the behavior of inhaling/exhaling smoke or vapor. I don't see myself returning to smoking or ever not vaping. I enjoy it too much, so why quit?

Is it going more like "I quit, this is my last cigarette" & smoking a pack again?

I would disagree quite a bit with "addicting" honestly. As much as I vape, originally it was to quit tobacco. I needed to do it a lot. I smoked a couple packs a day PLUS dipped smokeless tobacco at the same time. It took a while to quit and get rid of that habit. I went from 18mg down to 4mg in e-liquid so far.

However, now. I don't vape for nicotine, I vape for the hand motions. I feel like I'm missing something when I go to a store without my setup. I went to Canada around a month ago. I didn't take anything, no e-liquid, no mods, nothing. I was perfectly fine for 2 weeks with no vaping. Wasn't irritable, wasn't craving vaping or cigarettes. I started again when I came home because I wanted to. It would be easy to just put it all in a drawer and forget about it.

You're stable...nice...so how many days it took you to lower from 18mg to 4? For me bad luck...right after 43 hours of quitting I had to move to 6mg from 18mg...18mg no longer available here [emoji52][emoji58]

I don't know where on "Earth" you live, but you can bet it has something to do about money, corrupt government, or greedy corporations.

I would say like 2 weeks, only because I got rid of the setup I had and got a sub ohm setup. So I quickly dropped to 6mg. Maybe a month later, I was down to 4mg. I can easily go to 0mg, but I'd just stop before going to 0mg. I will say this, might not be a fair comparison though. It was harder for me to quit drinking soda than it was for me to go without vaping.

Life is tough in 6mg...man 18 is holly grail! I wish if I had even a week to vape 18mg...6mg tastes more like sweets to me on my sub ohm...3ml left, my last 3ml of 18mg...have to have adjust my body with 6mg [emoji52]
