Can't you return it Waho?

Hitt, getting 5 years out of these things is good. I had been buying used, reconditioned phones the last couple times and I was getting 2 to 3 years out of them before they slowed down to the point I needed another one. Then I sprung for 2 pixels the last time breaking a long string of Motorolas. Now I'm on that two year cycle of paying for them which I dislike but it is what it is.

GF ruined another tire last night. I rarely get a flat and she's killed at least 5 tires in the last few years. Of course it's never her fault. Life could be so much easier.......

Oh man I went through a tire phase.... The husband was nice about it, up until the very end.

But, I Do have a Mazda 3 and it has those skinny tires and if you run over a branch with a thorn on it, well.... It's not so good to do in AZ. Although my driving (per my mother! She's been my fiercest backseat driver for forever) has improved, apparently. I have been noticing any thorny things and whatnot more frequently or whatever, I guess.

For a while though, I did briefly consider "lifting" it and putting on desert rated tires and only the ugliness of the situation is what really held me back.

I will usually not admit a tire thing is my fault, even if it IS, though ,except for the one time I was driving over gates pass and like,, I hit the side of the mountain with a rear tire SO HARD, the freaking hubcap went spinning up into the air, and like, I limped over to the rest area and the husband actually ran into it, (well, he's a good driver, so I don't mean that LITERALLY, he noticed it by the side of the road and retrieved it.)

No real escaping that one .LOL.

My donut's seen a lot of use. That sentence sounds wrong but is contextually correct, I think.

I hate to say it in fear of jinxing myself, but I've had pretty good luck with tires through the years. But I did have one go down this spring but I don't think it had anything to do with my driving. The sidewall split on my way to work and I had a nice time changing it in 35 degree rainy weather. It was about time for some new tires but I was hoping they would see me through the summer. No such luck and my wallet became quite a bit lighter in short time. Tires are getting expensive especially if you drive anything remotely sporty like my car. ;)

And to add to the snus discussion, snus has seen me through many non vaping friendly events from concerts to movies and from parent teacher meetings to 15 hour flights overseas. It's the perfect stop gap and I doubt I'd be a non smoker today without it.

I could, but of course one of the features is it rocks up and acts as a stand and will charge with the phone horizontally. We don't keep a TV in the bedroom so my wife streams Netflix (loudly) all night and wants it.

I pray we don't lose Wi-Fi at night, it'd end up burning through our data in about 3 hours and be a ridiculous overage charge.

I recovered my garage yesterday so this AM it's pulling the tire. Anna, her problem isn't stuff in the road, it's road not there. I honestly don't know what she's looking at as she drives. How you can hit a pothole on a gravel road hard enough to blow a tire incomprehensible. She was only a few hundred yards from my driveway. How fast could she have been going in a 2000 Prism?

Rebel, I know I wouldn't have stayed quit without it. Well, actually almost quit as vaping got me down to 6 a day but I found snus as those 6 weren't seeming to be enough. Now no smoking and very little vaping, mostly snus.

Waho, why don't you just turn off mobile data usage in your settings if your concerned with hitting it by mistake. Won't do anything about the volume but could save the heartache. I've been lucky. When she's not blowing tires, she's blowing up data. Not often and only when in VA. No TV there except a couple weak signal stations OTA so she hits the WIFI unless it's not working and she doesn't realize it. Fortunately, I've checked and caught it fairly early and since my normal mobile data is way below what I pay for, they "fix it" for me.

Just got a new FIOS TV app yesterday so basically anywhere I/We go, it's like taking your TV with you. All channels and DVR'd stuff is on your phone/tablet and potentially casting to a tv.

That's interesting Roth. I've been thinking about getting a couple new tv's with built in wifi so I can use the spectrum app and get rid of the two adapter boxes that we use in the basement and in the bedroom. I don't have room for a very big tv in the bedroom so I think it might be hard to find a smaller smart tv with wifi.

I've been getting interested in mixing liquids again and have noticed that I'm vaping more than before. I'm still at about the same usage on snus. I bought a bunch of new flavors that I'm sampling and am hoping to come up with a mix similar to one that I buy every once in a while.

That snus is powerful stuff. I have mint general and I'll admit it is a bit gross. Planning to test it out more during chores, etc., plus grocery shopping to see how long I'll go. I'll admit the taste, well I bet I get used to it, it was kind of that way with cigarettes. Still need to find optimal placement with my dentures so it doesn't get lumpy, but well.... It's really going to work I think plus way more saliva production and my chronically dry mouth doesn't mind it a bit. Etc.

Thank you guys for all your collective knowledge! I kind of hope I still like vaping during my down periods, but the fact is I can't vape during my 8 hour work week, so like, eh, oh well. My nic and etc will last longer.

2 smoke free days but I am not counting myself out of the woods quite YET. Etc.

You can get a 10% discount at snuscentral.com on your first order with them. Shipping will probably be 30-40 so it pays to put together a good sized order. I usually set my order minimum at $100 or more in order to get the price per can down to a reasonable amount.

What Hitt said as far as making a big order. I've found the most advantageous number seems to be in the $200 range so when I buy, I buy a lot and only white portions as they hold up well in the freezer. Heck, they hold up well just sitting out. I never bothered to put my last order of Mint away, It's sitting in the Living Room on my Eliquid refrigerator. It's been there since January 18th. I still have about 50 cans and they taste fine.

Speaking of storage of snus. Mine is usually stored in the freezer in the garage, that I can now finally close the door to. During the winter, I plugged a power cord into the outlet to fire up the snow blower and nothing. I checked the freezer and it wasn't powered, looked in and it was cold so I knew it hadn't been off long.

I routed an extension cord from the outlets I had installed when the FIOS came in. I added a circuit for that specific purpose plus I run all my battery tenders from there. This Spring I found I had electric again when I was going to look into it so I thought I was going crazy. While cleaning out the garage the last couple days, I plugged an electric blower in to get leaves out,. I ran for about 15 seconds and stopped working, no electric. Now I was confused.

Got out my multi-meter and I was getting low voltage, 105-107. Now in my whole life, I've never had an outlet go bad but I figured I'd switch it out anyway. Didn't bother to check the wires until I had the new outlet attached but still low voltage. Called my most knowledgeable friend and he said it might be the GFI it was attached to in the master bath, he said they can get pretty strange when they're failing.

Pulled that one and 120 plus going in, 120 going out. Then it hit me, I have an outlet on my back deck that was working fine and it was attached to the GFI in the master bath. Sure enough, the neutral wire was loose in the outlet and wouldn't hold firm on the outgoing side. I didn't feel like using the side bar so I just installed the outlet that I had just removed from the garage and reinstalled outside. Problem solved.

    Nice work Roth.

I wish my GFI was in the bathroom. All the exterior, bathroom and kitchen counter outlets are on one GFI, conveniently located in the pump nook of the former hot tub room in my basement. Nothing like plugging in the hairdryer, toaster or Christmas lights and needing to take a detour all the way to the spider webby side of the basement.

Hmmm, got me thinking. I wonder if the outlets in the kitchen are on the GFI? Will have to check that out. I've got a second GFI circuit I ran to my pond and a couple of outlets on the old deck surround the hot tub that I shut down at least ten years ago. In all the years I've had the pond, it only tripped after a storm a few times.
