Hi Shad0w, nice to see you!! Hope you're having a great Holiday weekend :)

Thanks for the photos MX - the g-tank is really sleek looking - how much juice are you able to squeeze into it?

Thanks, It holds about 2ml or a tad less. Easy to fill so not a big deal. It will be used at home for the most part.

Seems there are nice results from running the SS mesh, but I can not speak from experience as I have only read/watched reviews.

Welcome back to the rest of the world Mario!. I'm going to have to take care of you. I ordered an extra kit from both the Scubagen V3 and the Genisis (off the Kronos co-op)....will let you know when they come in.

yes, hello Shadow... i'm in rare company here with all.

2cents:

with the new batt P18650 2500 approved for the ProVari, short batt times is a non-issue... half day on IMR 18650 is not that big a deal... more like 3 hours (ymmv), if only using one unit.

the BUzzPro is sweet with the dial adjust...

...i'm constantly changing voltage when i drip (which is 100% of the time until i get a handle on some tank / genesis... sold the iatty as a lure to sell a new SSGGTS.... i looked at it for a few days, put it together and vaped about an hour with different batts/configurations... said "wow" this is not for me... to much to think about and adjust.
With 2 Provari's for about 8 or 9 months and a BuzzPro, i can not handle mechanical pv... especially with all these options on the GG. Funny how people are buying them at over market price even used! I don't get it. Sold them immediately for market price.
Anyways the BP is great for dripping and i think tank / rebuildable atty would be ideal for the Provari.

The only drawback on the BP imo is batt life is like 3-4hours ...the small 3.7 stackables;... I'd have to change 3 times a day if that's all i vaped on.

I think dial adjust is the way to go...

Friend of Atlas:

Here is a photo of my G-Tank on my GGTB It dose not like my ProvoVari. It keep giving me an error code. I need to rebuild the wire so it is higher Ohm.

Photo of my Bulli A2 on my ProVari :) (Live this combo)

I see I need to dust the desk LOL

Awesome pics! I appreciate it as I'm waiting on a Bulli and it's good to see one on a provari....that's gonna be my setup, I think, though mine will be the A2-T...hopefully I'll be getting the B version(big tank), soon. What a beautiful REO Woodville, there MX...fantastic. Ah, perhaps my REO Grand will always be my goto PV...even with all the newcomers, they don't seem to outdo what Rob has achieved imho.

If REO's Rob comes up with a VV version, watch out world!

I ordered a 2nd A2 and the upgrade kit for the Ego tank. Love the little things. I will be in on the B version for sure.

I do love my REO's for me the just do the job.

has any one seen this.

It should be out by the end of the month according to Lisa the site owner. I did a bunch of Emailing with her over the weekend. She will be limiting one per order to start with but looks like a nice set up. Should be priced much like the Bulli A2

G-Tanks do Rock, running mine on my Darwin mostly and the combination of those electronics paired with the G-Tank are one heck of a pair, sometimes on the Provari too but like this dang Darwin a lot lot lot. nothing seems to make Attys respond like my Darwin does and I really like controlling the Watts over voltage more, though I know everyone differs just my personal preference now.

G-Tank set up = ss 400 mesh, running it inside of a piece of XC-116 ceramic wick wire wrap @ 3.7- ohm 6.4V-1.7A- 10.5 Watts = Kicks some serious Azz !

Got the Buli on its way too, with upgrade,,, looking forward to trying that as well.

I have now :). Seriously, thanks for the heads up MX. Looks interesting for a bottom feeder... Maybe they'll do some other colors. Am I the only one that would like a warmer color (quality) atty for my wood mods :) ?

i burnt out 1 of the two 123a ultra fire 3.7v880mah in my BuzzPro... just says 00 on the meter and won't recharge.

also burnt out 1 of the two older blue TF 14500's on my SgtII pv....

i don't know if it's the way i push em with chain vaping, or if they were just bad batts...

both of those pv's are not amp limited and i am psyched that i run them too long... you know it's almost impossible for me to guage how much i've used them over a day...

although they are good to use if you want to go LR, i miss having the limiter to tell the truth. what i do like is the dial adjusters though.

Thought I post a few pics of my new toy...

The Red Sky Cutlass Mark 5.1 - let you all know how I like it after it get some use. Right now it's running at 6v w/2 AW IMR 18350's and and IKV HV 306 atty measuring ~3.1ohms. (both the phid and the RSM are purpleheart...)

That is cool- really looking forward to hearing your feedback. Glad you put it between your phid and your ProVari. Not as big as I thought it was going to be.

you mean the current limit? Are you sure you just aren't dialing up the voltage a bit too high with your thumb?

i apologize if i don't use the right terms upfront... i heard it was amp limiting when the Provari LED blinked to tell you batt low... and i guess i got that confused with the current limiting which is the E2 code? where the resistance is too low for the vari no?

am i mixing apples and oranges? my mind is going.

Hey Jimho Check out the third battery down on this link:Callies Kustoms 3100mAh 18650 Panasonic Batteries. The 18650 Unprotected Battery 18650 2250mAh Unprotected 10A Max Discharge. I wonder what "PSS Technology" is; guess I gotta do a little light reading now

.

Is this new? It looks interesting. Actually they all look interesting for the max amp discharge, but the first battery seems too long to be useful in many mods.

Edit: PSS = Panasonic Solid Solution.

And here's the manufacturer's quote:
Panasonic engineers have managed to square the circle with the new PSS rechargeable batteries: on the one hand the new technology provides the same high energy density as ordinary Lithium-Ion batteries with cobalt cathodes and on the other hand, thanks to their exceptionally high thermal stability, they feature the highest possible standard of safety that until now has only been found in Lithium-Manganese types. What is more, the new rechargeable batteries boast long life and lower voltage drop at initial discharge than Cobalt-Li-Ion rechargeable batteries, plus the same charging voltage as ordinary Li-Ion rechargeable batteries.

The Provari limits the output around 10W - the E2 is when you exceed the internal capability of the provari to boost the voltage and provide the current you need to drive the atty at the voltage you set- i believe the Buzz does this when you overload the booster, but doesn't necessarily tell you that its doing it- it just clips the output.

Interesting - They are saying best of both worlds with that PSS chemistry. Looks promising, but not sure I'd want to be the first ginnea pig on it. Would love to see some test data....
