Whatever you decide to do could you please ship mine first. I love my Buzz... BTW why do you not recommend the Buzz for noobies....it is the easiest no fiddle ...... PV that i have ever used ( once I set my voltage).
Thanks
At first we thought it would be to complicated , but now we know that it is not , is that on my site ?? if so where ?

Any way to make an adapter so we can connect to a volt meter with an atty connected? That way we can see the real time voltage under load while vaping. Any thoughts on a touch switch instead of a mechanical one?

There is , use a male and female connector and put wires on it to hook to , I have not had any requests for them because the Buzz is regulated and the voltage will only change a max 2% under load !

Good point on the regulated voltage but just nice to see voltage it's set at while vaping and watch any fluctuations. Oh and how about a touch switch on a future model, it would delete a mechanical switch.

These switches are rated for 1,00,000 cycles that is like 27 years @ 100 presses a day so NO !!

Could you make a Buzz completely out of stainless steel?

I could but these are mass produced so a SS one would be $350 !! kidding , no plans on SS at this time

I did some measurements and found that if you made an extension tube for the Buzz you could use 14500 batteries in it. It would only lenghten the Buzz 1 in. and make it so those with the first series could have that option. If people didn't like the rattle a cardboard or pcv liner could be easily put in.

What would be the advantage of that? The 14500 only has 20 more mAh than a 16340.

All I know is I vape allot longer on two 14500s than I do on 2 16340s.
The mah ratings aren't exactly what they state of different batteries and neither is the volt rating. Them 3.6 batteries are really 3.7 volt for instance. Just a thought.

The new tubes I have coming should fit the 18350 batteries ! I hope ?? we will see .
Did you get them to drill the tube or are you going to bigger stock and have to change the caps?
What ever the 18350's are worth it, unlike all the 123's they seem to have MORE power than they say and go down to almost 2 volts before cutting out in my LED flashlights and that's stacked.
